【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来構造は、バー
ブレードの外端軌跡の近傍に沿って前記縦壁部材を配設

空間内方で浮遊しながら高速回転するバーブレードによ
り細かく細断して効率よく機体後方側に分散させながら
落下放出させるようにしたものである。ところが、上記
従来構造においては、縦壁部材がバーブレードの外端軌
跡の近傍に沿って設けられるから、機体の走行に伴って
植立芝がこの縦壁部材により前倒れ斜め姿勢に押し倒さ
れた状態でバーブレードにより切断作用を受けることに
なり、刈り残しが発生するおそれが大となる欠点があっ
た。そこで、上記欠点を解消するために前記縦壁部材の
上下幅を狭くして下端縁を高いレベルに設定し植立芝の
押し倒しを少なくさせることが考えられるが、このよう
にすると、刈芝がこの縦壁部材の下方側に形成される隙
間から外方に飛散して上記したような細断機能が充分発
揮できないといった弊害が生じる。本発明は、合理的な
構造改良によって、上記不具合点を解消することを目的
としている。

ト連結されたサブフレーム2aの前後途中部から横外方
に向けて、板体をコの字形に屈曲成形した支持部材2b
を片持ち状に延設して構成され、前記支持部材2bの外
方側にフロントローダの縦フレームを差し込み嵌合連結
するためのボス部材2cを設けてある。前記モーア1
は、前リンク5と後リンク6とにより機体に平行四連リ
ンク状に枢支連結され、ミッションケース4上部に備え
られるリフトアーム7の昇降揺動に伴って昇降駆動する
よう構成してある。つまり、リフトアーム7により昇降
作動されるロアーリンク8の近傍に同一軸芯周りで接当
連動上方回動する回動部材9と後リンク6の途中部とを
リンク機構10を介して連動連結して昇降駆動するよう
構成してある。そして、後リンク6は、機体のエンジン
11に直結されるクラッチハウジング12の横側にボル
ト固定された支点ブラケット13に枢支連結され、後リ
ンク6は前記支持部材2bの基端側に形成した挿通孔1
4を介してモーア1の後部ブラケット15に連結させる
ようにして、支点位置を高くさせ、上昇時のモーアの地
上高を高く設定できるよう構成してある。

刈芝ガイド板19を形成して刈芝を機体後方側に排出さ
せるよう構成してある。つまり、バーブレード17によ
り切断された刈芝が縦壁部材18により形成される空間
内でバーブレード17により生起される風により浮遊し
ながら高速回転するバーブレード17により複数回の切
断作用を受けて細かく細断されるとともに、細断された
芝が機体進行に伴ってガイド板19により案内され後方
側に落下放出されていくのである。刈刃ハウジング16
の前部側中央には1個の接地遊転輪20を支承してあ
り、後部側には、複数の接地遊転輪21を支承して、モ
ーア1が自重で接地追従しながら上下動するよう構成し
てある。前記刈芝ガイド板19は左右中央寄りに位置す
る接地遊転輪21に刈芝が引っ掛かるのを防止すべく、
接地遊転輪21の左右両側に振り分けて配設されてい
る。そして、刈刃ハウジング16の後部側の刈芝排出口
22には全幅に亘り、刈芝が均一に分散された状態で排
出されるよう掻き均すレーキ部材23を配設してある。
図2に示すように、前記縦壁部材18に植立芝の通過用
スリットSを小ピッチ間隔で複数形成して、植立芝が極
力、直立姿勢でバーブレード17による切断作用を受け
ることができるようにして、バーブレード17による刈
芝の細断作用を充分発揮させながらも、縦壁部材18に
よる植立芝の押し倒しに起因する刈り残しを極力少なく
させるようにしてある。
