DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a shield box for denture base work applied for plasma welding of a titanium denture base and for protection of oxidation prevention after welding.

<Prior Art> Conventional denture bases have been made of metal castings such as Ni-Cr or Co-Cr, but in recent years titanium cast denture bases have been developed and have become popular.

The reason for this is that the titanium material has an extremely high affinity and therefore does not feel discomfort when placed in the oral cavity, and does not differ from the chewing sensation of normal teeth. In addition, since it is extremely excellent in human's daily sensitivity as described above, a denture base made of titanium is cast for production, but since titanium is an active metal, oxygen, It easily binds to nitrogen, and even if the content is slightly increased, fine bubbles and the like are generated, and the drop property is remarkably reduced. Therefore, casting of a titanium denture base is extremely difficult, and it is often necessary to repair some defective parts of the denture base and to increase or decrease the number of dentures in the denture base during use. It was done by TIG welding without isolation.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The titanium denture base is repaired by the TIG welding, but the entire complex denture base is always unfixed for a certain period of time including before and after welding, and during the welding. Since it cannot be placed in an active gas, even in TIG welding, due to the above-mentioned reason, the drop in the drossiness was caused, which was also a cause of defective repair work.

<Means for Solving Problems> The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned causes of defects, and therefore, a fluoroscopy filled with an inert gas is provided to prevent the titanium denture base from slightly contacting the atmosphere during the time required for repair work. It is housed in a box that can be accommodated, and the plasma torch and titanium rod for repair are penetrated through elastic rubber windows on both sides of the box so that repair work can be performed manually from outside. Further, a shield gas supply port and a discharge port which also serves as a vacuum are provided at the bottom of the shield box.

<Function> Since the welding box of the titanium denture base of the present invention has the above-described structure, the titanium denture base having a complicated shape is completely shielded from the atmosphere and repaired in a shield gas atmosphere, so there is a risk of oxidation and nitriding. Without it, complete repair work is possible.

<Embodiment> An embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to a perspective view of the titanium denture base repairing work of FIG. 1 in which a shield gas feed pipe is provided at the bottom of a see-through plastic shield box 1 with a lid 2 that can be sealed. 3 is laid in a spiral shape, a large number of inert gas outlets are opened on the bottom side of the pipe, and the periphery thereof is wrapped with stainless wool 4, and stainless steel is used so that there is no problem in fixing this stainless wool and welding repair of the denture base 6. A plate 5 is provided. As a result, the inert gas supplied from the supply pipe 3 is replaced with the air in the box while passing through the gap between the stainless wool 4 and discharged from the discharge pipe 7. After a while, the inside of the shield box is completely filled with an inert gas, and as shown in FIG. 2, the plasma torch 8 is isolated inside and outside by the glob-shaped rubber 9 stretched over the window of the shield box 1. Outside air does not enter through the plasma torch 8. or,
Since the titanium rod 10 for compensation correction is also inserted from the crack of the rubber 11, it can be operated freely and does not enter the outside air, so welding can be performed in a state of being completely shielded by an inert gas. or,
To expedite the replacement of the shield gas, it is possible to shorten the work time for connecting the exhaust pipe 7 to the vacuum pump.

<Effect> By working in the welding box of the present invention, it is possible to completely weld the extremely expensive titanium denture base without any defects such as correction of defective casting parts and repair by adding teeth. .
