TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a laminated structure of thin paper for sanitary use such as tissue paper, toilet paper and paper towel in a storage container, and particularly has an extremely high tensile strength regardless of the fiber direction of the paper. It is possible to take out even weak thin paper smoothly, and the weak paper bundle is processed by a mass folding production machine by a folding plate method. It was impossible to compress the flat stack of paper because the thickness of the folded stack of paper was different because it was not fully inserted and folded at the eye position. And even a folded paper bundle folded with various rotary inter holders,
The folding paper bundle can be compressed to enable compact storage and packaging. Also, it is intended to provide a laminated structure of sanitary thin paper in a storage container capable of storing a large amount of thin paper in an extremely thin storage container.

<Prior Art> As a paper towel storage container still in use, there is the one shown in FIG.
By stacking the surface of the laminated paper 102 in an inclined container 100, the load is distributed to the lower stacking portion and the vertical load is reduced, and in particular, the friction between the thin paper and the container outlet 103 is reduced. It makes it easy to take out the paper. However, since the laminated paper is formed in the shape of a reverse parabola, the load is still applied downward and no elastic material is used around the outlet, the container structure is relatively strong even for thin paper such as paper towels. Moreover, there was a limit to the amount of paper towels that can be stored in order to reduce the stacking load.

In view of the above-mentioned inconvenience, the applicant has previously filed Japanese Patent Application No. 58-62.
337 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-189813) and Japanese Patent Application No. 60-
No. 2390 has been filed, all of these inventions consist of a box-shaped container for accumulating and storing a plurality of sanitary thin papers and a thin paper take-out device arranged below the container, and the thin paper take-out device has a peripheral portion. From this, at least a pair of opposing elastic pieces extending toward the central portion are provided, and an outlet that occupies approximately the center of the thin paper ejecting device is formed between the opposing elastic pieces. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the take-out port is located at the lower side, the height of the container is not limited as compared with the case where the folded and laminated thin paper is taken out from the upper side, so that the storage amount of the thin paper is increased and the take-out port has the elastic piece. Therefore, the thin paper can be taken out relatively smoothly. As described above, the invention described above has an excellent thin paper take-out structure as compared with the conventional one, but the center of the focus is on the take-out structure around the take-out port, and the load of the laminated paper is applied around the take-out port. However, when the thin paper was taken out, friction between the lowermost thin paper (cue paper) and the take-out structure was unavoidable.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Therefore, in the present invention, the above-mentioned take-out structure is left as it is, which brings a feature to the constitution of the laminated paper, and the purpose is to be very thin, water-absorbing and flexible. Mass production type production and processing machine (folding plate method) that is rich in quality and interleaves (a method of folding paper alternately) so that the constituent fibers of thin paper are orthogonal to the take-out direction regardless of the fiber direction of the paper. (Folding machine) Presses a bundle of paper that is extremely easy to tear and enables compression processing, and even with these folding paper bundles, it is possible to take out 5 to 6 times the thin paper of conventional tissue products with almost no resistance and without damage. I want to obtain a laminated structure of thin paper for hygiene. Another object of the present invention is to make it possible to store a large amount of the above-mentioned tearable paper bundle in a storage container, and to compactly store the compressed paper bundle in the container so that it can be smoothly taken out from below the container. . In addition, the existing thin paper folding machine produces laminated paper in which two folded thin papers with the same width as the conventional one are alternately folded, and this can be stored in a container thinner than the storage container currently used. We want to obtain a laminated structure of thin paper.

<Means for Solving Problems> The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and accommodates a plurality of sanitary thin paper sheets that are alternately folded and stacked in a box-shaped container, and finds the thin paper sheet. In order to take out one by one from the take-out device under the container as paper, at least a pair of opposing elastic pieces extending from the peripheral portion toward the central portion of the main body is provided, and the center of the main body is provided between the opposing elastic pieces. The paper is stored in a take-out device provided with a take-out port, and the multi-layered sanitary thin paper is a paper bundle arched with its pointed shape upward with respect to the take-out port. It is a summary of a laminated structure of sanitary thin paper in which opposite ends of arch-shaped hem portions are in contact with each other in a pressed state from both end edges of the peripheral portion of the bottom plate to both side walls of the information box container. Here, the take-out structure refers to a take-out portion for taking out the thin paper, which is integrally or separately attached below the storage container in which the thin paper is stored. In addition, thin paper mainly refers to thin and flexible paper such as tissue paper, and the bundle is a plurality of paper or a single layer paper folded in half and said to be laminated alternately, There are various folding methods, but all of them are designed so that the thin paper at the bottom can be located downward. Furthermore, it is conceivable to use a material such as cardboard, corrugated paper, foamed or non-foamed plastic sheet, metal plate or a combination thereof for the extraction structure including the elastic piece.

Thus, in order to take out the lowermost thin paper from the laminated structure of the sanitary thin paper of the present invention by using the above-mentioned taking-out device C, first, from the take-out port 2 which is elongated in the center of the main body 5 of the taking-out structure C, When the end of the thin paper 1 is taken out and then pulled downward as it is, the elastic piece 4 protruding in one of the long side directions of the outlet 2 is bent downward while reaching the fold of the folded thin paper 1 The action point of 1 moves to the central portion of the outlet 2. At this time, the lower elastic piece 4 is gradually restored.
Further, when the thin paper 1 is pulled downward, the elastic piece 4'on the other long side, which is arranged so as to face the elastic piece 4 which has been bent so far, begins to bend downward, and finally the thin paper 1 slips off from the elastic piece 4 '. At the same time, the next thin paper folded on the thin paper 1 is cued. In order to take out the next thin paper, the next thin paper is cued up to the center of the take-out port 2 together with the drawer of the thin paper. And pull out the next thin paper. Then, the above operation is repeated to take out each thin paper.

Referring to the relationship between each of the thin papers 1 to be taken out and the take-out device in the taking-out of the thin papers 1, the paper stack which is the laminated paper B is formed in the shape of a pointed arch, and the opposite end sides of the paper stack have the take-out structure. It is pressed out from both sides of the peripheral part of the bottom plate to both side walls of the upper box-shaped container from the bottom to the top, and moreover, the pointed arched tip of the sheet bundle is in contact with the central area of the top plate, so it is taken out most The lower thin paper 1 also has a pointed arched shape, and both end sides thereof are linearly abutted and placed on both side edges of the bottom plate or both side walls of the container up to the upper side, and two couched sheets are laid out. The thin paper after the eyes is also considerably deformed in shape from the pointed arch shape due to the cueing, but the remaining part which is not cueed remains in the arched space portion 10 in a state where the load of the laminated paper B is not applied. In this state, each thin paper is pulled out and the next thin paper is indexed, so that almost no force is required for taking it out, and the elastic pieces 4, 4'can be extracted very smoothly.

In FIG. 3, a take-out device is arranged below the rectangular storage container D indicated by a chain double-dashed line.
Is a main body of the take-out structure, and in the substantially central portion except for the peripheral edge portion, a central opening area having a long hole shape along the long side direction of the main body 5 and each corner portion of the rectangular main body 5 from both ends of the central opening area. And a diagonally cut-out end opening area that does not reach the corner toward the corner, forms a rounded generally cochlear dog take-out port 2. Due to the shape of the outlet 2, a pair of elastic pieces 4, 4'opposite each other toward the outlet in the long side direction of the main body 5.
Is provided. Further, on the outer side of the main body 5 in the short side direction, a short side direction, that is, short side wall 7, 7'is erected, and further, from the upper edge of the short side wall 7, 7 ', an elastic piece 3, in the short side direction.
3'extends toward the inner outlet 6. The elastic pieces 3 and 3'protrude with rounded protrusions 8 and 8'opposed from each other toward the outlet 2 in the short side direction of the main body 5 located thereunder due to the paper weight. The elastic pieces 9 and 9'are directly mounted on the elastic pieces 9 and 9 ', and are arranged below the elastic pieces 4 and 4'in the long side direction.

The take-out device C shown in FIG. 3 is the most preferable use example of the present invention. In the upper storage container of the take-out device, a laminated paper B in the shape of a pointed arch is formed at both end edges 11 of the peripheral portion of the main body 5. , 1
The container is housed in a pressed state from 1'to both side walls of the box-shaped container above each (Fig. 1 (a)). Further, since both ends of the pointed arch are mounted on the elastic pieces 3 and 3 ', the whole is arched with a warp, and the effect of closing the tunnel-shaped both ends of the arch by the arch is inward. Therefore, the shape does not collapse from the bottom during normal use. Further, the more the paper is compressed into the pointed arch shape, the more the shape of the sheet bundle does not lose its shape. In the case of a hard towel paper or the like, even if the both ends of the inclined elastic pieces 3 and 3'are not provided and the both sides thereof are not mounted, the lower shape of the paper does not collapse due to the height of the paper. In order to take out thin paper using this take-out device C, first, when the end of the thin paper is taken out from the take-out port 2 and pulled, the elastic piece 4 is bent downward by the action of the spring, and when the point of action comes to the center of the take-out port, it is elastic. The piece 4 is restored, but the elastic piece 3,
3'is bent downward together with the protruding pieces 9 and 9 ', and when further pulled, the elastic pieces 3 and 3'and the protruding pieces 9 and 9'are restored, and the elastic piece 4'is bent to take out the thin paper and at the same time fold it into thin paper. The next folded thin paper is cued to the center of the outlet. When the next thin paper that has been cued up is pulled, the elastic pieces 3, 3'and the protruding pieces 9,
9'bends downward, and when it is further pulled, the elastic pieces 3 and 3'and the protruding pieces 9 and 9'are restored, the elastic piece 4 is bent and the folded portion of the next thin paper is folded back and taken out at the same time. Cue is performed at the center of the outlet 2. These operations are repeated to take out thin paper one after another.

In addition, even if the outlet of the conventional tissue box is simply opened to the projecting pieces 9 and 9'and a vinyl sheet with the same outlet is also attached, the quality of the stored paper and the compressive force of the pointed arch are retained. It can be taken out by storing it according to the strength of the.

FIG. 4 shows a take-out device C different from that shown in FIG. 3. The difference from FIG. 3 is that there are no projecting pieces 9 and 9 ′ projecting in the short side direction of the main body 50. Elastic pieces 40, 4
0 ', short side walls 70, 70', protrusions 80, 80 'and outlet 20 are the same as in FIG. Reference numeral 60 denotes a bottom plate as a lid of the take-out device provided at the bottom of the storage container D,
The bottom plate may have various forms such as insertion or cutting. The operation is as shown in FIG. 4, as shown in FIG.
Due to the absence of 9 ', the elastic piece 30, due to the load of the laminated paper B,
Since the elastic force of 30 'is small, the take-out effect is further enhanced by increasing the inclination angle toward the take-out port.

It should be noted that the shape of the outlet shown in FIG. 4 is simply stuck to a vinyl sheet having an outlet that can be opened and taken out as the outlet of a conventional tissue box, and the paper quality or the pointed arched compression shown in FIG. 3 is compressed. This effect can be expected depending on the storage condition.

FIG. 5 shows yet another take-out structure. In this case, 108 and 108 'are different from the elastic pieces 3 and 3'in FIG. Since it is placed on the side of the side, in this case, the elastic piece in the short side direction is 103,
103 'plays the role, and 108 and 108' are laminated paper B.
Will be the inclined plate. Other outlet 102, short side wall 10
7, 107 ', the elastic pieces 104, 104' in the long side direction, and the lid 106 are the same as those of the above-mentioned take-out device, and the actions are almost similar, but the difference is that the force applied to the inclined plates 108, 108 'is different. Immediately after that, there is a defect that the elastic pieces 103, 103 'in the short side direction cannot be transmitted. However, depending on the storage paper quality or the storage condition due to the pointed arch compression condition, the shape of the main body outlet 102 between the inclined plates 108 and 108 'is simply opened as an outlet of a conventional tissue box. The effect can be expected even if a vinyl sheet is attached.

6 and 7 show still another take-out structure,
Of these, FIG. 6 is obtained by omitting the inclined plates 108 and 108 'of FIG. 5, and therefore, in this case, the pointed arch-shaped laminated paper B is not warped, and therefore the arched tunnel-shaped both ends are closed. First, the long-side elastic piece 20 of the main body 205
A load of a bundle of sheets is applied to both peripheral portions of 4, 204 ′, and when the thin paper is pulled out from the outlet 202 along the elastic pieces 203, 203 ′ from the short side direction of the main body 205, some friction is generated between the main body 205 and the thin paper. Therefore, it is mainly suitable for relatively hard towel paper and the like. When the thin paper such as towel paper is taken out, the action of the elastic hard 204, 204 'in the long side direction and that 203, 203' in the short side direction is the same as in the case of FIG. In addition, 206 is a lid part of a storage container. In FIG. 7, there are elastic pieces 304, 304 'in the long side direction but no elastic pieces in the short side direction. In this case, it is preferable that the take-out port 302 of the main body 305 be a long hole-shaped central opening region having the same length as the length of the thin paper in the longitudinal direction. This case is also similar to that of FIG. 6 and is effective for thicker towel paper.

It should be noted that even if a vinyl sheet at the cutout opening is attached to the conventional tissue exit, it can be used depending on the quality of the paper stored and the pointed arched compression conditions.

Common use example of the present invention using the take-out device of FIGS. 1 to 7 The mounting bracket E of FIG. 1 (b) is used by hanging it on the wall of the interior wall surface. In order to reduce costs and rationalize the process as a good value product, a hole into which the tip of the lifting tool can be inserted is opened in this part and it is closed in advance with a seal etc. In addition, various things are conceivable, such as those used as wall hangings in which a hole is opened by a perforation line.

<Effects of the Invention> In the present invention, since the laminated paper has a pointed arched shape, the opposite ends of the arched hem of the sheet bundle are opposite to each other in the box-shaped container above both ends of the peripheral portion of the main body of the takeout device. Since only the pressed contact is applied to both side walls, the entire load of the laminated paper is not applied to the main body of the take-out device which is the bottom of the storage container. Therefore, even when taking out each thin paper, the thin paper is arched below the laminated paper. It can be taken out very easily from the space portion FIG.
In this way, there is little friction in the drawer of thin paper, so paper with weak tensile strength, for example, even if you pull the tissue paper under the severe condition that the pulling direction is perpendicular to the fiber direction of the paper, the thin paper will be damaged. Can be taken out without.

Further, in the present invention, since the laminated paper has a pointed arched shape, it is possible to significantly increase the storage amount even if the storage container for storing thin paper of the same width is narrower than the conventional product,
And the paper bundle by the mass production machine of the inter-holder by the folding plate method can be compressed only in the form of the present invention, or can be compressed and stored in the container for taking out from below.
Therefore, it is possible to take out a large amount of thin paper, which is a mass-produced paper that is compact and easily torn.

If the bottom part area where the storage container is taken out is used as the bottom frame and the top plate part is used as the top frame, and is made of cardboard of a material similar to that of a conventional tissue box or a material having a higher strength, the storage container D
Even if the material of the tubular bag-shaped portion in the middle part is composed of a material such as kraft paper, the effect does not change. Not only can the material be saved, there is no need to occupy a large installation space. This means that a folding machine for tri-folding does not have to be newly manufactured in order to reduce the width of the storage container.

Further, as described above, according to the present invention, since a storage container which is more compact than the conventional one is required, it is possible to carry out a large amount of transportation in the same space without taking up space for warehouse storage and display.

In addition, the final sheet of thin paper folded and stacked, that is,
When a thin paper, which is thicker than the thin paper, is sandwiched in the folding of the uppermost thin paper, it is possible to reliably pull out the final paper one by one. That is, when the remaining amount of thin papers stored in the housing becomes small and the final paper becomes a few sheets, even if one of the sheets is pulled out, the load applied to the elastic piece that does not bend is small. Since the frictional resistance becomes small, a few sheets of these thin papers will be pulled out in a lump, but if the fine paper is sandwiched in the folding of the final paper, the final paper will not be pulled unless it is grasped and pulled. Therefore, the thin papers can be reliably pulled out one by one without being pulled out due to frictional resistance with other thin papers.
