A steam flow meter 4 for measuring the flow rate of steam generated from the boiler 1 is arranged near the side surface of the boiler 1, is arranged near the roof or near the wall surface, and is arranged at the consumer part via the header 5. Each of these flowmeters has a mounting posture so that the accuracy of the flowmeter can be kept stable for a long period of time, and the instrumentation personnel can easily read the count value when recording and monitoring the flowrate display result while considering maintenance and inspection. Are arranged as follows.

Problems of the Prior Art Even when the flowmeter shown in FIG. 5 is installed, each flowmeter is arranged at a position where it can monitor and record the count value, but these flowmeters are held by the pipes. Because the arrangement is according to the posture, not all the staff can always read it, but when the body is in the shadow of the boiler or sometimes the displayed numbers are horizontal, bend the body and read it. There was an inconvenience. Also, in recent years, the number of LCD and LED electro-optical displays has increased. However, in such a system, it may be difficult to read the characters and numbers displayed depending on the direction of the light beam of the illumination. There were problems such as inconvenience.

Embodiment FIG. 1 is a side sectional view for explaining an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, 10 is a body of a positive displacement flow meter equipped with a non-circular gear (not shown) that meshes and rotates in proportion to the flow rate. Then, the sensor 11 in which the rotation of the non-circular tooth profile is driven by a magnet embedded in the non-circular gear is installed. A fixing member is provided on the main body 10.
Twenty is fixed. A fixing base 21 is arranged at one end of the fixing member 20, and is fixed to the main body 10 with a bolt (not shown) or the like. The other end of the fixed member 20 is the main body of the fixed member 20.
A joint surface 23 perpendicular to the surface fixed to the member 10 is provided, and a shaft hole 26 penetrating the joint surface 23 is bored in parallel with the mounting surface of the fixed base 21. The fixing member 20 is rotatably provided with a rotating member 50 that is in contact with the joint surface 23 and has a mounting base 51 for mounting the flow rate display portion 60 at the other end. That is, a shaft hole 55 coaxial with the shaft hole 26 formed in the fixing member 20 is formed by penetrating the rotating member 50, penetrating the shaft hole 55 and the shaft hole 26, and fixing flanges at the ends. 31 is arranged, and the hollow shaft 30 joined to the rotary member 50 via the fixing pin 32 is rotated about the hollow shaft 30. Therefore, the hollow shaft 30 freely penetrates the shaft hole 26. Also,
A screw is attached to the outer circumference of the end of the hollow shaft 30 opposite to the fixed flange 31.
33 is cut, and a screw cap 40 having a handle 41 is screwed onto the screw 33. The screw cap 40 and the fixing flange
The fixed member 20 and the rotating member 50 are held by 31. Therefore, the rotating member 50 can be fixed to the fixed member 20 at an arbitrary rotational position by pivotally supporting the fixed member 20 via the hollow shaft 30. In order to prevent the fixed position from moving due to vibration by rotating the display unit 60, in the present invention, the clasping means for clenching when held by the screw cap 40 is a joint between the joint surface 23 of the fixing member 20 and the rotating member 50. It is provided between 52 and. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are views for explaining the details of the front surface of the joint portion 52 and the joint surface 23, in which the mating surface 52 has a flat portion of the joint surface 54 on the outer periphery and Liquid-tight contact with the "O" ring buried in the drilled "O" ring groove 25 to prevent rainwater and the like from entering. On the inner periphery of the joint surface 54, a saw tooth clutch 53 having a mountain-shaped cross section that is radially provided is integrally disposed, and the pin 24 planted on the joint surface is joined to the saw tooth clutch 53, It bites by being held by the screw cap 40.

FIG. 3 is a view for explaining another example of the clenching means, which corresponds to the portion A in FIG. 1, and the portions showing the same constituent elements as in FIG. The same reference numerals as in the case of the figure are given and the description thereof is omitted. In FIG. 3, a pin 26 is planted on the joint surface 23 of the fixing member 20.
Are inserted between the tooth profiles 63 of the rotating member 50. The tooth profile 63 is formed in the bite prevention member 60 that is screwed and fixed to a portion of the rotating member 50 where the hollow shaft 30 is loosely inserted, and between the tooth profile 63 and the hollow shaft 30,
A spring seat 62 is provided, and a spring 61 that extends between the fixed member 20 and the rotating member 50 is provided inside the spring seat 62.
When the screw cap 40 is removed, the force of the spring 61 causes the rotating member 50 and the fixing member to move.

FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining another example of the bite preventing means. In this example, by removing the screw cap 40, the rotating member 50 and the fixing member 20 are separated from each other by the force of the spring 61. 3 is similar to the example shown in FIG. 3, but in this example, the clenching means has saw tooth clutches 70 and 80 screwed to the rotary member 50 and the fixed member 20 so as to loosely insert the hollow shaft 30. 4 (b) and 4 (c) show a front view of the saw tooth clutch 70 and a sectional view of the saw tooth 70, respectively. Further, the fixed shaft 20, the hollow shaft 30, and the rotating member 50 are communicated with an insertion hole through which the lead wire L of the sensor 11 is inserted, and a signal is transmitted to the display unit 60 in a liquid-tight manner.
