A fastener 10 such as a wire according to the present invention comprises a binding portion 11 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and a panel mounting portion 12 shown in FIGS. The panel mounting portion 12 and the panel mounting portion 12 are formed of plastic and are used by being connected to each other as shown in FIG. Hereinafter, first, the binding portion 11 will be described in detail.

The binding portion 11 includes a tubular connecting portion 14, a buckle portion 16 in which a vertically extending hole 15 is provided on a side surface of the connecting portion 14, and an elongated wire or the like extending from an upper end portion of the buckle portion 16. It comprises a band part 17 for winding and holding the side surface of the member, and these parts are integrally molded of a plastic material. The buckle portion 16 is provided with a non-return pawl 19 that elastically engages with the ratchet pawl 18 of the band portion, so that the band portion 16 is kept in a wound state. The check claw 19 may be provided with an arm extending upward in FIG. 2 to serve as a release piece for releasing the engagement between the check claw 18 and the ratchet claw 17 of the band portion. The tubular connecting portion 14 is formed to have an inner diameter and an outer diameter that are large enough to surround the outer periphery of the tubular panel mounting portion, and further extends radially inward to connect to the panel mounting portion 12 at the inner lower portion. A small diameter portion 20 is provided.

A rib 21 extending in the longitudinal direction at the center is formed on the surface of the band portion 17 opposite to the ratchet pawl 18, and when the band portion 17 binds the wire material, the side surface of the wire material is directly pressed to bind the wire material. It prevents the position from shifting. Further, a groove or a recess 22 for guiding the rib 21 is formed in the hole 15 of the buckle portion 16 to prevent the band portion 17 from being displaced within the buckle portion 16 and to prevent the binding from coming off. Two ribs 23 extending vertically are formed on the outer surface of the buckle portion 16, and when the band portion 17 binds the wire rods, the side surface of the wire rods is directly pressed to prevent the binding position of the wire rods from being displaced. Further, on the inner surface of the lower side of the small-diameter portion 20 of the connecting portion 14, a protrusion 24 protruding inward in the radial direction is provided at an appropriate position on the inner peripheral surface, whereby the vibration of the panel with respect to the panel mounting portion 12 is generated. I try not to rotate by nature.

The panel mounting portion 12 is formed in a tubular shape as a whole, and is composed of a flange portion 26 that comes into contact with the panel and is seated thereon, and a shaft portion 27 thereon. The flange portion 26 is formed to have a size to be accommodated in a lower portion of the tubular connecting portion 14 of the binding portion, and has a plurality of elastic locking pieces 28 (four in the example shown in the drawing) protruding in the radial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof. ) Is formed. This locking piece 28 is locked to the lower protrusion 24 of the small diameter portion 20 when the binding portion 11 is connected, so that the panel mounting portion 12 does not rotate with respect to the binding portion due to panel vibration or the like. I have to. Further, inside the flange portion 26, a pair of locking claws 29, 29 for locking the screw of the stud bolt are provided, and are fixed by pushing the panel mounting portion into the stud bolt. Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the receiving hole 30 of the stud bolt is tapered so that the diameter becomes smaller from the bottom to the top so that the tip of the stud bolt can be easily picked up on the lower side and the stud bolt on the upper side. It has an inner diameter that is almost the same as the one in order to prevent the sticking after mounting.

The shaft portion 27 is formed hollow so as to accommodate the stud bolt, and is formed at a height that covers the tip of the stud bolt. The stud bolt receiving hole of the shaft portion 27 is also formed to have an inner diameter approximately the same as that of the stud bolt to prevent the rattling after mounting. A large diameter portion 32 for receiving the small diameter portion 20 and stably connecting the binding portion 11 is formed at a boundary portion with the flange portion 26 at a lower portion of the shaft portion 27. On the outer periphery of the shaft portion, a pair of elastic wings 33 tapering from the intermediate height position toward the large diameter portion 32 and extending obliquely outwardly on the outer peripheral surface are formed facing each other in the diametrical direction. The diameter of the expanded portion at the lower end of the elastic wing 33 is formed larger than the inner diameter of the hole portion larger than the small diameter portion 20 of the through hole 34 of the connecting portion 14 of the binding portion, and the upper diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the small diameter portion 20. Has been formed. A pair of guide ribs 35 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion, between the pair of elastic wings 33. The guide ribs 35 taper from the intermediate height position of the shaft portion toward the large diameter portion 32 and project outward. The large diameter portion at the lower end of this guide rib is also formed to be equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 34 of the connecting portion 14. On the upper surface of the shaft portion 27, a screw driver groove 36 (in the illustrated example, a minor groove, but a plus groove) may be formed.

FIG. 11 shows a state in which the wire 4 is attached to the panel 7 by using the fastener 10 such as the wire having the above structure. The fastener 10 is used in a state in which the binding portion 11 and the panel mounting portion 12 are connected to each other. Therefore, the connecting portion 14 of the binding portion 11 is pushed in from the upper portion of the shaft portion 27 of the panel mounting portion 12. Due to this pushing, the elastic wings 33 are reduced in diameter by the small diameter portion 20, and the guide ribs 35 are also bent, so that the small diameter portion 20 gets over the elastic wings 33 and the guide ribs 35 and accommodates the large diameter portion 32 of the shaft portion. The flange portion 26 is seated in the state. The elastic wings 33 and the guide ribs 35 return to their original state due to their elasticity, press the inner peripheral surface of the connecting portion 14 and sandwich the small diameter portion 20 with the flange portion 26, and connect the binding portion 11 and the panel mounting portion 12 to each other. Are connected. By this connection, the projection 24 of the connecting portion 14 and the elastic locking piece 28 of the flange portion 26 are engaged with each other, and the binding portion 11 and the panel mounting portion 12 do not rotate naturally due to vibration of the panel or the like. However, due to the elasticity of the locking piece 28, when the screwdriver is engaged with the groove 36 and the panel mounting portion 12 is rotated, the panel mounting portion 12 can be rotated with respect to the binding portion 11.

A typical example of a method of fixing the wire 4 will be described with reference. First, the band portion 17 is wound around the wire 4, the tip thereof is passed through the buckle portion 16, and the check portion 19 holds the band portion 17 in a bound state. Next, the panel mounting portion 12 is pushed into the stud bolt 2 provided upright on the panel 7. By this push-in, the fastener 10 is fixed to the panel 7, and thus the wire 4 is fixed to the panel 7. If you want to remove the fastener 10, apply a screwdriver to the groove 36 (or pinch the shaft 27 with your finger) and rotate the panel mounting part 12, leaving the bundling part 11 as it is. Only the portion 12 rotates and easily comes off the stud bolt 2. For reuse, it is sufficient to push the panel mounting portion 12 into the stud bolt 2 again.

【0014】[0014]

[Effect of device]

According to the fastener such as the wire rod of the present invention, the panel mounting portion is formed separately from the binding portion including the band portion and the buckle portion, and the binding portion is a tubular connection surrounding the outer periphery of the tubular panel mounting portion. And a means for engaging with the tubular connecting part of the binding part is provided on the outer periphery of the panel mounting part, and the panel mounting part is connected to the tubular connecting part of the binding part so as to be rotatable about the axis. Since it can be easily removed from the stud bolt by rotating the panel mounting part, the wire rod can be repositioned and repaired and replaced easily and in a short time. Also, the wire rod can be temporarily removed, and the wire rod can be easily removed when the vehicle is abandoned. In addition, even after removal, the fastener is not destroyed and can be reused as it is.
