In this different hardness sheet pad, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a mold 1 having a predetermined shape is placed, raw material injection nozzles 2, 2 and 3 are set at a set position above the mold 1, and then the raw material injection nozzle is set. The first polyurethane raw material 4 and the second polyurethane raw material 5 having hardnesses different from 2, 2, and 3 are injected into the molding die 1, and then the first polyurethane raw material 4 is injected.
And by foaming the second polyurethane raw material 5,
The different hardness sheet pad 6 is formed in a sectional shape as shown in FIG.

Also, there is a drawback in that the boundary surface between the two or more raw materials is disturbed due to the difference in foaming height, and a desired sheet pad cannot be obtained.

At least one of plural kinds of polyurethane raw materials is sprayed and foamed without being mixed with each other in the molding die, and then another different kind of polyurethane raw material is injected into the molding die to foam. A method for producing a different hardness polyurethane sheet pad (JP-A-61-160241) has been developed. In this method, for example, a mold as shown in FIG. 3 is used to obtain a different hardness polyurethane sheet pad as shown in FIG. Both sides of the polyurethane sheet pad 6'in FIG. 4 are made of the first polyurethane raw material 4 having a high hardness, and the other portions are made of the second polyurethane raw material 5 having a low hardness. In manufacturing the polyurethane sheet pad 6 ', first, the first polyurethane raw material 4 is sprayed and foamed on both sides of the molding die 1'by spraying, and then the molding die 1'is formed. Inject the second polyurethane raw material 5 into the inside to foam,
Further, the molding die 1'is cured in a curing furnace, and finally the different hardness polyurethane sheet pad 6'is released from the molding die 1 '.

Further, since all the side portions have high hardness, there is a drawback that when the skin material is assembled, the skin material does not fit well with the skin material and wrinkles are generated, resulting in poor finish quality.

In a method of manufacturing a sheet pad made of polyurethane foam, a polyurethane foam stock solution having a hardness lower than that of the polyurethane forming the lower part of the side part of the product is spray-applied to the part corresponding to the side part surface of the product after the surface type foaming. After foam molding, a polyurethane foam stock solution having a hardness lower than that of the polyurethane forming the lower part of the side part of the product is injected into the part corresponding to the seat part, and a polyurethane foaming stock solution is injected into the part corresponding to the lower part of the side part to perform foam integration. The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane sheet pad.
