生ずること、さらには蒸発管上部蒸気室を耐火材又は断
熱材で取り囲んだ方が効果が大なることが本考案者によ
つて判明した。

記本考案の目的が達成されることが判明し、考案を完成
するに至つた。

れ、かつ構造が簡単で安価に製造することができ、安全
率が高く、気水分離器を蒸発管の上部蒸気室内に設け、
さらに上記上部の上部蒸発管を耐火材や断熱材で被覆す
ると発生蒸気の乾き度が高くなり、加熱が防止され蒸気
の質が改善されるさらに管寄せをその上端が蒸発管側を
最上端とするよう角度を3度以上傾斜させて取付けるこ
とによつて管寄せ内に発生した気泡をできるだけ早くス
ムーズに蒸発管側に追い出すことが可能になり、気泡の
停滞によるトラブルがなくボイラの安全性が著しく増加
するなど数々の利点がある。
