The present invention relates to a permanent magnet switch that operates by approaching and separating a magnetic body or a permanent magnet.

[Prior art]

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a switch operated by magnetic force, a reed switch in which the tip portions of a pair of magnetic leads are enclosed in a glass tube is well known. This reed switch causes the tip of one magnetic lead to become the N pole and the S pole at the tip of the other magnetic lead by an external magnetic field to generate a magnetic attraction force against the elastic force of each magnetic lead. The ends of both leads are short-circuited to switch on.

【0003】[0003]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

The reed switch, however, has the following drawbacks. (1) Since the pair of leads are led out from the glass tube in mutually opposite directions, the total length of the switch becomes long, and miniaturization is difficult. (2) In order to operate the reed switch, a permanent magnet or electromagnet is required, and in order to generate the N pole at the tip of one magnetic lead and the S pole at the tip of the other magnetic lead, There are also many restrictions such as the direction of magnetic field application. (3) The tips of both magnetic leads are closed by an external magnetic field against the elastic force of the magnetic leads, making it difficult to increase the contact opening / closing speed, making it unsuitable for turning on and off large currents. Is. Also, when a large current is passed, a magnetic field is generated by the magnetic wire itself, which hinders the opening and closing of the contacts. From this point as well, it can be said that it is not suitable for carrying a large current. (4) When the reed switch is switched off, the magnetic reed may vibrate due to shock and short circuit.

In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to provide a permanent magnet switch that is more suitable for downsizing than a reed switch and has excellent impact resistance.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, the permanent magnet switch of the present invention is provided with a magnet body in which at least one flat end face is provided with a good conductive metal in a non-magnetic case, and at least two or more magnet bodies are provided in the non-magnetic case. The contact component is a soft magnetic contact component having a curved surface provided with a good conductive metal, and the contact component is provided on a flat end surface of the magnet body provided with the good conductive metal. The curved surfaces provided with the good conductive metal are provided substantially parallel to each other so that they can contact each other, and the magnet body is provided so as to be movable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the soft magnetic contact parts. There is.

[Action]

In the permanent magnet switch of the present invention, a magnet body having a contact function is movably provided in a non-magnetic case, and a plurality of soft magnetic contact parts are provided with a curved surface on which a good conductive metal is provided in the longitudinal direction. It is configured to be fixed to the case side so as to be able to contact the flat end face, and the switch is turned on and off by shorting or opening between the soft magnetic contact parts attached to the case side by the movement of the magnet body. . Therefore, the switch can be turned on / off by bringing a magnetic body (or a permanent magnet) close to the outside of the non-magnetic metal case or separating a magnetic body (or a permanent magnet) in a close state from the case. In addition, the magnet body can maintain the switch-on state while being attracted by the magnetic force to the longitudinal surface of the soft magnetic contact part, and can also maintain the switch-off state while attracting to the external magnetic body (or permanent magnet). Therefore, it has excellent impact resistance, and there is no risk of the state changing from on to off or from off to on due to impact. Further, since the magnet body is attracted to the longitudinal surface of the soft magnetic contact part, the contact area between the magnet body and the contact part is large, and the attraction force is large, which is resistant to vibration and shock and has low contact resistance and high reliability. The structure can be easily realized. The magnet body can rotate about an axis perpendicular to the soft magnetic contact part.

An embodiment of a permanent magnet switch according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical non-magnetic case with a bottom made of resin or the like, which is composed of a case body 1A and a lid 1B for sealing the bottom opening thereof, and has a cylindrical space 1C inside. A magnet body 4 formed by depositing a good conductive metal 3 such as gold, silver or copper on the surface of a cylindrical permanent magnet 2 such as a rare earth magnet or a ferrite magnet by plating etc. moves vertically in the cylindrical space 1 C of the case. It is stored freely. In addition, a rod-shaped soft magnetic contact part 7A in which a good conductive metal 6 such as gold, silver or copper is fixed on the surface (outer peripheral surface which is the longitudinal surface) of a round rod-shaped soft magnetic body 5 of iron, nickel alloy or the like by plating or the like. , 7B are inserted and fixed in the insertion holes 8A, 8B of the non-magnetic case 1, respectively. These insertion holes 8A, 8B are provided on the opening side of the case body 1A, and their orientations are perpendicular to the vertical direction (axial direction) of the cylindrical space 1C of the case 1, and both holes 8A, 8B are parallel. Further, they penetrate so as not to come into contact with each other in the same plane, and their cross sections are round so that the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B can be inserted therethrough. Therefore, by inserting and fixing the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B in the insertion holes 8A, 8B of the case 1, the contact parts 7A, 7B have their longitudinal surfaces (longitudinal direction) in the moving direction of the magnet body 4 (vertical direction). ) And the parallel contacts of the contact parts 7A and 7B are formed in the inner space of the case 1. In addition, the respective end portions of these contact parts 7A and 7B are projected in the lateral direction outside the case 1, and these projected portions are used as connection terminals to the outside. Further, the magnet body 4 has the same magnetization direction (magnetization direction) as the moving direction of the magnet body. For example, the portion facing the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A and 7B is the S pole, and the opposite surface is the N pole. Has become.

In the configuration of the first embodiment described above, when the drive permanent magnet (or magnetic body) 10 outside the case is separated from the case 1 as shown in FIG. 1, a pair of rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B are provided. On the other hand, as a result of attracting the S pole of the magnet body 4, the good conductive metal 3 on the surface of the magnet body 4 comes into contact with the good conductive metal 6 of each contact part 7A, 7B at a constant contact pressure by magnetic force, As a result, the contact parts 7A and 7B are short-circuited by the magnet body 4, and the switch is turned on.

On the contrary, when the external drive permanent magnet (or magnetic body) 10 is brought into the state of being close to or in close contact with the case 1, the magnetic attraction force between the contact parts 7A, 7B side and the S pole of the magnet body 4 is exerted. The magnetic attraction force between the external drive permanent magnet (or magnetic body) 10 and the N pole of the magnet body 4 is superior to the external drive permanent magnet (or magnetic body). ) 10, it is brought into contact with the inner wall of the case as shown in FIG. 3, and the switch is turned off.

According to the configuration of the first embodiment, since the pair of rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A and 7B are arranged in parallel with each other at a right angle to the moving direction of the magnet body 4, the magnet body 4 contacts when the switch is turned on. The area in which the outer peripheral surfaces, which are the longitudinal surfaces of the components 7A and 7B, are attracted and contacted is large. Therefore, the adsorption state is stable, the contact resistance is small, and it is strong against vibration and shock. Further, the magnet body 4 can be moved and rotated in the case, and the good conductive metal 3 on the bottom surface side of the magnet body 4 evenly contacts the contact parts 7A and 7B, so that the life of the contact is long. In addition, by inserting the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B into the insertion holes 8A, 8B of the non-magnetic case 1 and fixing the ends of the bar-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B outside the case 1, the contact parts 7A, 7A 7B can be reliably positioned and fixed, and at the same time, the exposed parts of the contact parts 7A, 7B can be used as external connection terminals, which is easier to manufacture than the case where a glass tube is sealed like a reed switch. Moreover, there is no fear of heat degrading the magnet body 4 and the contact portion. Further, since the contact parts 7A and 7B, which serve as external connection terminals, project in the lateral direction of the case 1, it is possible to suppress the height of the switch and form a flat structure.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this case, in place of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B in the first embodiment, a soft magnetic center material 15 of iron, nickel alloy or the like is formed in a pipe shape, and a good conductive metal layer of gold, silver, copper or the like is formed. The rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 17A and 17B are formed by inserting and integrating the parts into 16 (or formed as a round bar-shaped clad material). Then, the good conductive metal layer 16 on the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 17A, 17B is brought into contact with the good conductive metal 3 on the magnet body 4 side. The rest of the configuration, functions and effects are similar to those of the first embodiment described above.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, instead of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B in the first embodiment, a soft magnetic center material 25 such as iron or nickel alloy is used. , Or those made as a clad material having a semi-cylindrical cross section, which are inserted and integrated into a good conductive metal layer 26 made of copper or the like are used as the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 27A and 27B. In this case, the insertion holes 28A and 28B of the case 1 are formed in a semi-cylindrical cross-section that matches the cross-sectional shape of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 27A and 27B, and the curved portion of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 27A and 27B is the magnet body 4. It is arranged so as to face the bottom surface. The good conductive metal layer 26 on the curved surface of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 27A, 27B comes into contact with the good conductive metal 3 on the magnet body 4 side. The rest of the configuration, functions and effects are similar to those of the first embodiment described above.

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, instead of the magnet body 4 in the first embodiment, a cylindrical permanent magnet 12 is used, and a cylindrical bottomed conductive metal cap 13 made of a good conductive metal such as gold, silver or copper is used. The magnet body 14 is used which is integrally fixed by crimping and press fitting. In this case, the bottom surface of the conductive metal cap 13 is arranged so as to face the outer peripheral surface, which is the longitudinal surface of the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B. Then, the good conductive metal 6 on the rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 7A, 7B is brought into contact with the conductive metal cap 13 on the magnet body 14 side. The rest of the configuration, functions and effects are similar to those of the first embodiment described above.

FIG. 7 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, instead of the non-magnetic case 1 made of resin in the first embodiment, an insulator is attached to the inner surface of a bottomed cylindrical metal case body 20A made of non-magnetic metal for insulation. An insulating bottomed cylindrical non-magnetic case 20 formed by forming a layer 21 and further sealing the opening of the metal case body 20A with a lid 20B made of resin, glass or the like is used. In this case, even if the highly conductive metal 6 on the surface of the magnet body 4 comes into contact with the inner surface of the case 11 when the switch is turned on, the insulating layer 21 exists, so that the insulation of the case 20 from the outside is ensured. The contact parts 7A and 7B are supported by being insulated from the metal case body 20A. Other configurations and operational effects are similar to those of the first embodiment described above.

FIG. 8 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, instead of the non-magnetic case 1 made of resin in the first embodiment, an insulator is attached to the outer surface of a bottomed cylindrical metal case body 30A made of non-magnetic metal to insulate the case. An insulating bottomed cylindrical non-magnetic case 30 formed by forming a layer 31 and further sealing the opening of the metal case body 30A with a lid 30B made of resin, glass or the like is used. In this case, even if the good conductive metal 6 on the surface of the magnet body 4 comes into contact with the inner surface of the case 30 when the switch is turned on, the insulating layer 31 is provided on the outer surface of the case, so that the insulation of the case 30 from the outside is secured. The contact parts 7A, 7B are insulated from and supported by the metal case body 30A. Other configurations and operational effects are similar to those of the first embodiment described above.

In the fifth and sixth embodiments, the insulating layers 21 and 31 are provided on either the inner surface or the outer surface of the cases 20 and 30, respectively. An insulating layer may be formed on both sides.

In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the pair of rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts are arranged on one side of the cylindrical space in the cylindrical non-magnetic case 1, 20, 30. However, both of the upper side and the lower side of the cylindrical space are arranged. It is also possible to arrange a pair of rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts respectively, and a structure in which three or more contact parts are arranged in parallel on the same plane is also possible.

Further, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments, various examples are given for the non-magnetic case, the magnet body and the bar-shaped soft magnetic contact parts, but combinations other than the above-mentioned combinations are also possible. For example, a combination of a magnet body 14 in which a conductive metal cap 13 is integrated with a cylindrical permanent magnet 12 and rod-shaped soft magnetic contact parts 17A, 17B or 27A, 27B made of a clad material is possible. A non-magnetic case having a prismatic space may be used.

In addition, in each embodiment, when the non-magnetic case is sealed, a non-oxidizing gas (nitrogen gas, inert gas) is filled or evacuated inside the case, so that the magnet body and the contact part are manufactured. If a structure that hermetically seals the inside of the case is adopted, it is effective to extend the contact life.

Further, when the non-magnetic case is made of resin, the soft magnetic contact part may be integrally molded with the case body by insert molding.

[Effect of device]

As described above, according to the permanent magnet switch of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. (1) Since the contact pressure (contact pressure) between the magnet body and the soft magnetic contact parts fixed on the non-magnetic case side is retained by the magnetic force, the spring parts required in conventional switches are completely unnecessary. Therefore, the structure is simple and the reliability is high. (2) By arranging the longitudinal surfaces (longitudinal direction) of a pair or three or more soft magnetic contact parts in parallel to the moving direction of the magnet body, the attraction area by the magnetic force between the magnet body and the soft magnetic contact parts Can be increased, which contributes to an increase in contact pressure, resulting in extremely high impact resistance. Therefore, the problem of chattering does not occur. Also, the contact resistance can be reduced. (3) The magnet body can move and rotate in the case, and as a result, the contact points of the magnet body with respect to the contact parts fixed to the case are not always constant. This means that the contact part on the magnet side has a longer life. (4) Elasticity is not required for the contact parts fixed to the case side, and the tips of the contact parts protruding on one side of the case can be used as external connection terminals. Therefore, unlike the conventional reed switch, the total length does not become long, and the height of the switch can be suppressed, which is suitable for downsizing. (5) Positioning of the contact part in the case can be performed by inserting the contact part into the insertion hole or by insert molding. If the contact part is fixed to the case, the end part of the contact part becomes an external connection terminal. It can be configured, easy to assemble, and suitable for mass production.
