【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、オルゴールの全舞軸と全舞の巻上げ軸の間に

向、即ち全舞の巻上げ方向とは逆方向に回転された時、
巻上げ軸と巻鍵の喰い付き力が全舞軸と歯車の喰い付き
力より強い時は全舞軸から歯車が脱落して巻鍵を外すこ
とが出来ず、全舞軸から外れる歯車が樹脂性の底板や押
え板等を押して壊してしまう欠点がある。この欠点を解
消するために全舞軸と歯車を圧入結合したり、角軸と角
孔で結合する構造も採用されているが、角軸、角孔は生
産が面倒でコスト高になると共に巻鍵が取り外される時
オルゴールに有害な力を加えることになる。組立工程で
は全舞軸にネジ部を設けた方が便利である。又第5図の
ように全舞軸26に歯車27を螺合し、ダブルナット28で抜
け止め後、全舞軸の先端を周囲に拡開するカシメ加工を
施した提案もあるが、部品点数と加工工数が増えると共
に、全舞軸が長くなって組立工程の治具を変更しなけれ
ばならない欠点がある。
