[Prior Art] Conventionally, a joint material of this kind has been composed of a long joint body made of an elastic material and a cap having a U-shaped cross section which is attached downward along the upper end of the joint body and is open downward. Some are known (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 53-35932, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Sho 60).

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the conventional joint material, since it is necessary to hold down with mortar or the like so that the intersecting joint materials do not separate from each other, the construction is not only troublesome but also mortar. However, even when the concrete is suppressed, there is a problem in that when the concrete is poured, the intersecting joint materials are easily separated from each other to cause a gap, which makes it difficult to finish the construction surface neatly.

Next, the support legs 8 are formed at appropriate intervals on the lower end of the joint body 5.
Put on. The lower end portion of the joint main body 5 is inserted into the first insertion groove 19 so that the insertion piece 18 of the support leg 8 is pierced at approximately the center of its thickness (Fig. 2). Bottom plate of support leg 8

Then, the thickness of the concrete layer 4 is smaller than that of the joint body 5.
Since it is thicker than the height of the base, the joint main body 5 is held by the support legs 8 while being separated from the base surface 3 '.

On the other hand, another joint main body 5 ', which is cut to the same use length as the joint main body 5, is prepared, and the joint main body 5'is aligned with the second insertion groove 20 of the support leg 8 and is deeply inserted until it comes into contact with the bottom. Put in. In this way, the upper and lower joint main bodies 5, 5'are vertically held by the support legs 8 in a partially overlapped state in the middle of the height.

Since the upper and lower joint main bodies 5, 5'need to partially wrap in the middle of the height, the height of each joint main body 5, 5'is less than 1/2 of the thickness of the concrete layer 4. It needs to be a little expensive. Of course, if the height of the joint main body 5 is the same as the thickness of the concrete layer 4, the conventional supporting legs are used to make the foundation surface 3 '.
It may be placed on top of. Also, if the heights of the upper and lower joint bodies 5, 5'are made different, one of them is half the thickness of the concrete layer 4
It may be the following, but it is more advantageous from the viewpoint of manufacturing and construction to standardize the heights of the joint main bodies 5 and 5'as much as possible and use the same joint main bodies 5 and 5'upper and lower.

Then, at the intersection of the joint material 1, the connecting portion of the connecting member 7 is formed on the outer surface of the cap 6 in the two upper and lower convex shapes 10.
Similarly, the two upper and lower recesses 12 at the side end of 7a are fitted together. In order to fit the ridge 10 into the recess 12, it is necessary to fit the ridge 10 while deforming the recess 12 so that the ridge 10 fits into the recess 12 with the snap ring. Due to the elastic restoring force of, the concave portion 12 is restored to its original shape, and the ridge 10 does not come out of the concave portion 12 laterally (Fig. 2).

When the connecting member 7 is attached to the cap 6 in the orthogonal direction, the cap 6 ′ arranged in the orthogonal direction may be inserted into the other fitting portion 7 b of the connecting member 7 from the side. Cap 6
When the plug is inserted, the engaging projection 13 of the fitting portion 7b fits into the locking groove 11 on the inner surface thereof, and the cap 6 does not come off from the fitting portion 7b of the connecting member 7.

As shown in the drawing, by connecting the two caps 6 ′ and 6 ′ through the pair of connecting members 7 and 7 in the directions opposite to each other on the left and right sides of the cap 6, the caps 6 and 6 ′ are connected. Can be connected in a cross shape, and only on one side on the left and right of the cap 6,
One cap 6'can be connected in a T-shape through the connecting member 7, and the crossing angle can be accurately maintained at 90 degrees.

In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the ridges 10 are formed on the outer surface of the cap 6.
Although the concave portions 12 that fit into the convex strips 10 are formed in the connecting member 7, respectively, the concave groove may be formed on the outer surface of the cap 6 and the convex strips or the protrusions that fit into the concave portions may be formed in the connecting member 7. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, since the caps arranged in the intersecting direction can be connected to each other through the connecting member, it is easy to set the joint material and it is easy to set the concrete when pouring concrete. Not only can gaps be prevented from occurring, but the construction surface can be finished neatly. Further, since either one of the concavo-convex portion is formed on the outer surfaces of the side walls of the cap which face each other, not only can the cap be connected in a T shape or a cross shape, but also the cap can be formed along the longitudinal direction of the cap. Therefore, the cap can be freely connected to any position in the longitudinal direction in a direction crossing the cap.
