<Prior Art> FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of an example of a measuring instrument casing of this type. In the figure, 10a and 10b are side plates made of an aluminum profile, and 20a and 20b are upper and lower covers formed of a mold. The covers 20a and 20b are attached to the side plates 10a and 10b with screws to form a square-shaped housing. 30 is a handle, which is a spring plate 30a.
And a tube 30b and a bracket 3 to cover this plate
The spring plate 30a composed of 0c and 30d and covered with the tube 30b is attached to the side plate 10b by a screw through the brackets 30c and 30d. 40a and 40b are decorative plates, and 40c and 40d are blind plates made of rubber. The decorative plates 40a and 40b are attached to the side plates 10a and 10b with screws, and blind plates 40 are provided to hide these attachment screws.
The projections formed on these blind plates by c and 40d are decorative plates 4
It is mounted by inserting it into the holes formed in 0a and 40b. Covers 20a, 20b, handle portion 30, decorative plate 40
The a, 40b and the blind plates 40c, 40d are screwed to the side plates 10a, 10b as described above, and the screw holes are bosses 50 having screw holes respectively formed in the side plates 10a, 10b. (Partly omitted in the figure) is attached by thick insertion or caulking, and is screwed to these bosses 50. Conductive paint is applied to the inner surfaces of the covers 20a and 20b to prevent electromagnetic radiation (noise).

Although the measuring instrument casing having such a configuration has been conventionally used, (a) the side plates 10a and 10b made of the aluminum profile material are thin, and the screw holes cannot be directly provided. Therefore, the boss 50 is attached to the screw hole by thick insertion or caulking, and the housing is divided into upper and lower parts by the covers 20a and 20b. Therefore, the number of parts is large and it is difficult to reduce the cost.

(B) Since the number of parts is large and the method of fixing the parts to each other depends only on the screw fixing, for example, when this case is used as a case of a high frequency (optical) measuring instrument, It is difficult to improve noise resistance by reducing body impedance.

(C) Since it is a completely cylindrical housing, when using this housing for a high-frequency (optical) measuring device, as described above, prevent noise from entering or radiating from the front or back. Is difficult Further, as described above, since the number of parts is large and no particular consideration is given to noise prevention at the abutting part or the overlapping part of the parts, noise prevention is also difficult here.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a metal bezel having a groove formed over the entire back side and a metal bezel attached to one side of the bezel. A side plate, a metal side plate to which a handle portion is attached and is attached to the other side of the bezel, a metal rear plate attached to the opposite side of the bezels of both side plates, and a U-shaped release side thereof. A housing is formed with a metal cover into which the chassis composed of the both side plates and the rear plate is inserted so that the front end face corresponding to the handle portion is inserted into the groove formed in the bezel. It is a thing. Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

<Embodiment> FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of a measuring instrument housing according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a bezel made of aluminum die casting, and mounting arms 1a to 1d are provided on the back side thereof. Reference numerals 2a and 2b denote side plates made of metal press parts, respectively. The side plate 2a is attached to the mounting arms 1a and 1b, and the side plate 2b is attached to the mounting arms 1c and 1d by screws. Two
Reference character c denotes a metal rear plate attached to the side plates 2a and 2b on the side opposite to the bezel 1. The rear plate, the bezel 1 and the side plate 2 are provided.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a cover made of a metal material, and as shown in the YY sectional view of FIG. 2, an opening 4a having a width in which the handle portion 3 is fitted is formed on one side surface along the longitudinal direction. .
In the cover 4 having such a U-shaped cross section, the opening 4a has the handle 3
The chassis composed of the side plates 2a and 2b and the rear plate 2c is inserted so as to fit into the, and thereby a measuring instrument casing is formed. Reference numerals 6a and 6b denote rear legs, and these rear legs are attached to the rear plate 2c with screws while the cover 4 is mounted on the chassis. As a result, the cover 4 is fastened together with the rear plate 2c to prevent the number of mounting screws from increasing. 7
a to 7d are lower legs, which are attached to the lower portion of the cover 4. Reference numerals 7e and 7f are anti-slip rubbers attached to the legs 7a and 7b, and 7g is a stand attached to the legs 7c and 7d.

When the cover 4 is attached to the chassis, the backside of the bezel 1 and one end of the cover 4 are joined together, but the joining portion (arrow A)
The specific configuration of is shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). (B) is a view showing an XX cross section of (a). Figure 3 (a),
In (b), 1 indicates a part of the bezel shown in FIG. As shown in this figure, a groove 12 is formed over the entire circumference of the back side of the bezel 1, and a plurality of ribs 12a are provided at equal intervals in this groove.

After mounting the cover 4 shown in FIG. 1 on the inner case, the rear plate 2c is screwed through the rear legs 6a and 6b.
The end surface 4b on the front surface side of the cover 4 is fitted into the groove 12 formed over the entire circumference of the back side of the bezel 1. In this case, the groove 12
Is slightly larger than the plate thickness of the cover 4, but the groove width becomes smaller by the height of the plurality of ribs 12a formed in the groove 12, and is 0.1 to 0 than the plate thickness of the case 4. .
It is small by about 2 mm, and the rib 12a is in a state of biting the case 4. As a result, the impedance between the bezel 1 and the cover 4 is reduced, and at the same time, the electromagnetic radiation noise is cut into the U-shaped groove 12 between the bezel and the cover, so that the noise having a wavelength longer than the width of the groove 12 is cut ( Route F → G in FIG. 3 (a). Electromagnetic waves shorter than the width of the groove 12 are several tens of GHz or more, so there is no problem in practical use.

<Effects of the Present Invention> As described above, in the present invention, (a) the housing is configured such that the cover is fitted into the groove formed on the outer periphery of the metal bezel, so that the number of parts such as mounting screws can be reduced. Can be reduced. Further, since the cover is formed of a U-shaped unitary body, the number of parts can be reduced in this respect as well. As a result, the number of parts in the case of the present invention is half that of the conventional case shown in FIG. 4, and as a result, the cost can be reduced.

Moreover, the cover is U-shaped, and there is a side plate made of metal parts on the open side surface as well to prevent noise. Further, since the bezel side and the rear side are completely sealed by the metal parts, the noise resistance performance can be improved. For the above reasons, the case of the present invention is extremely suitable for use as a case of a high frequency (optical) measuring instrument.
