Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent dust from flying by affixing a two-side adhesive material to the rear of a metal plate which protects the oversurface of a double struc tured floor equipped with a number of holes, generating holes by punching-off, providing roundness for each hole at its periphery, and attaching the protection plate thus acquired to the oversurface of the floor. CONSTITUTION:One of the surfaces of a two-side adhesive material 4 is torn off, and it is affixed to the rear of a protection plate 5 made from a metal plate for protecting the oversurface of a double structural floor panel 3 equipped with a number of holes 2. Holes are generated in the protection plate 5 by punching off from its oversurface using a press machine, and the area around each hole 2 is a little inclined and rounded so that no sharp edge is produced there. The sole of a shoe of any pedestrian or a caster of a cart is prevented from running against the edge to cause its abrasion and production of dust. This allows maintaining high the degree of pureness in a room.

However, in recent years, a clean room with high cleanliness has been used for producing, assembling and inspecting semiconductors, ultra-precision equipment and parts, etc.
It has been used by improving the conventional floor. A new type of wear and chemical resistance has been released, and the applicant is Japanese Patent Application No. 59-
The floors of 209523 and 59-279862-279864 are provided with a protective plate on the upper surface.
The protective plate, which may be made of metal, was punched by opening the press. For this reason, a sharp edge is generated around the hole as shown in FIG. This causes a problem that the bottom of the shoe of a pedestrian or the caster of the carrier hits the edge and is worn, dust is generated, and the cleanliness of the room is deteriorated.

The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and has a large number of holes on the upper surface of a large number of holes forming a double floor in a room, This is a panel for a free access floor in which a protective plate having a rounded edge portion and an adhesive are installed with the vicinity of the hole slightly inclined. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Example 1 FIGS. 1 and 2 show a free-access floor 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as floor) made of light alloy casting or die casting,
A molten metal is poured into the mold at a low pressure or a high pressure, and pressure is applied to produce a floor, and after distortion is removed, necessary parts are finished and processed. 2 is a hole provided in large numbers,
Reference numeral 3 is an upper floor plate, and the strength and smoothness of the upper surface are maintained by ribs 6 on the lower and side surfaces. In order to use the floor for clean rooms, the upper surface before processing and after processing
After cleaning the side surface and the lower surface, a necessary surface treatment is applied after a clean treatment from the rough material surface to the processed surface with a wire brush, a shut blast, or the like. Then, 4 and 5 are protective plates for protecting the adhesive and the floor.

Since the protective plate 5 is made of metal, the double-sided adhesive material 4 is used to install it on the floor panel 1. First, one surface of the double-sided adhesive material 4 is peeled off and attached to the back surface of the protective plate 5. Next, a large number of holes are punched out from the upper surface of the protective plate by a press punch. The punching is performed only once, and the punching die has not been reworked. Round holes, long holes and other holes can also be processed. At the time of punching, the vicinity of the hole pushes the lower adhesive material to serve as a cushioning material, and the thickness of this portion is slightly compressed.

Therefore, the cut surface of the metal plate is pressed as shown in FIG. 4 and at the same time the lower surface is also in the same state, and the fracture surface is also pressed down by the layer of the adhesive material so that the cut surface is not so large and the cut surface is in a good state. There is little burr on the bottom surface, and it will be in a state of being cut into the adhesive. Therefore, the burr of the metal plate does not appear on the floor surface. Of course, it is apparent from the prior application that the floor hole is slightly larger than the diameter of the metal plate hole. As described above, in the multiple punching press for the metal plate, the adhesion of the back surface serves as a buffer, and the entire area is bent and inclined first in the vicinity of the holes. The next time when cutting is performed, the edge portion of the cross section is pulled and the edge portion becomes round. Then, the shearing force continues and reaches the lower part to cut the fracture surface, which causes burr on the lower surface, but it has penetrated into the adhesive on the back surface.

[0008] Therefore, when viewed from the surface, the circumference of the hole is lowered as much as possible, and since the roundness appears at the edge part, the flow of air conditioning is smooth, and even smoother walking and running of casters can be achieved. A clean room with a high degree of cleanliness that does not get caught, does not wear, and does not generate dust. Needless to say, even if the inclined portion is not obtained in the vicinity of the hole, the same effect as described above can be obtained if the edge portion is rounded.
