を自在に設定可能に挿入されており、内カバーの背板に
スリットを設け、外カバーの背板内側に前記スリットに
挿通される止め部を設けるとともに、外カバーの側板の
先端部内側に前記外カバーの空間部に挿通された内カバ
ーの側板の先端部を案内保持する折曲縁を設けたことを
