(Prior Art) A ceramic perforated plate in which pieces of ceramics are bonded by water glass has been widely used as a sound absorbing plate, and as a conventional water permeable pavement plate as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-20321. Known from. However, in such a conventional ceramic porous plate, the shape of the ceramic particles is indefinite and the particle size distribution is wide,
Furthermore, because the surface of the ceramic particles is not smooth,
In particular, when used as a water-permeable pavement plate, there was a problem that clogging occurred in a short period of time and the restoration property of clogging due to washing with water was poor.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the conventional problems as described above, and uses a ceramic porous plate having excellent properties such as water permeability, restoration of clogging, and strength, and the same. It was completed to provide water-permeable pavement boards and sound-absorbing boards.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The above problem is a ceramic porous plate in which ceramic particles are bonded by a vitreous binder, and the ceramic particles are obtained by granulating ceramic powder, Spherical particles that have been sized so that 95% or more of the total is included within the particle size range of ± 30%, and each ceramic particle has a vitrified smooth surface. Is solved by a ceramic porous plate characterized by using a glassy binder having a thermal expansion coefficient equal to or smaller than that of the ceramic particles.

Further, if a surface layer made of ceramic particles containing a color pigment and having a smaller average particle diameter is fixedly formed on the surface of such a porous ceramic plate, it becomes more preferable as a water-permeable pavement plate. Furthermore, any of these can also be used as a sound absorbing plate. It is to be noted that those having 95% or more of the total within the particle size range of ± 50% of the average particle size of the ceramic particles are particularly preferable as the sound absorbing plate.

(Operation) The ceramic porous plate of the present invention configured as described above, the particle size of the ceramic particles obtained by granulating the ceramic powder is 95% of the total within the particle size range of ± 30% of the average particle size. %, The ceramic particles are in a state of being close to point contact with each other, and the size and distribution of the pores formed between them are almost uniform. It has been turned into a state where water and the like can easily pass through. Moreover, in the present invention, the surface of each ceramic particle is a vitrified smooth surface that is coded with a vitreous binder, so that it is particularly excellent in water permeability, and is clogged with dust, dirt, and other fine debris. In addition, the clogging is less likely to occur, and even if the clogging occurs, the clogging can be easily eliminated by washing with water and the restoration property of the clogging is extremely good.
Further, in the present invention, since the vitreous binder having a thermal expansion coefficient equal to or smaller than that of the ceramic particles is used, the ceramic particles and the vitreous binder that binds the ceramic particles are integrally expanded during firing and during use. Shrinkage, especially if the coefficient of thermal expansion of the glassy binder is smaller than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the ceramic particles, it is particularly preferable because the compressive force acts on the ceramic particles after firing, in any case cracks due to thermal stress inside Does not occur. Therefore, the ceramic porous plate of the present invention has a high strength and is not damaged even if it is used as a pavement plate in a state where bending strength or the like acts.

Further, on the surface of the above-mentioned ceramic porous plate, a surface layer consisting of ceramic particles having a finer average particle diameter obtained by granulating ceramic powder containing a color pigment is firmly formed, Since this surface layer prevents invasion, it has an excellent effect of preventing clogging. Further, since clogging of this surface layer can be easily removed by washing with water or rainfall, the restoration property of clogging is further improved. Moreover, this colored surface layer has a beautiful appearance, and if it is used as a water-permeable pavement board, it can enhance the aesthetics of roads, etc. Furthermore, even if the surface is worn, it does not fade, and if it is used as a sound absorbing board, it can be used indoors and outdoors. The aesthetics of can be enhanced.

It should be noted that the variation in the particle size of the ceramic particles is larger than the above range, the porosity inside the ceramic porous plate becomes small, and the water permeability and the sound absorbing property are deteriorated, which is not preferable.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is one in which spherical ceramic particles having a uniform particle size, which are obtained by granulating ceramic powder, are bonded by a vitreous binder. And the distribution is uniform, the ceramic particles are close to point contact with each other, and the surface of each ceramic particle is vitrified, so that water permeability is good and clogging is less likely to occur. Moreover, it is also excellent in the restoration property of clogging. Further, according to the present invention, since the thermal expansion coefficient of the vitreous binder is equal to or smaller than that of the ceramic particles, it is possible to obtain a ceramic porous plate having high strength due to the compressive stress applied to the ceramic particles. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to industrial development as a ceramic porous plate, a water-permeable pavement plate, and a sound-absorbing plate that have eliminated the conventional problems.
