に製作組立後は分解再組立が行なわれないようにしてい
る。即ち,弁軸をころがり軸受で支持した場合,その外
輪と内輪とを軸取付孔の内側周面と弁軸の外側周面とに
それぞれ圧入するか,またはころがり軸受を遊動状態と
してその外側方にパッキング付きのリテーナを圧入して
これらを外さなければ分解できない構成としている。従
って,エンジン運転に伴い吸気路内の空気に含まれるカ
ーボンなどの異物が吸気路側の弁軸と軸取付孔との隙間
から侵入しころがり軸受の内部に付着してもころがり軸
受のみを外して掃除をすることができず,異物が堆積す
ると弁軸の正常な回動を阻害するようになる。このよう
な場合は,絞り弁およびその弁軸を支持している気化器
のフランジャ吸気系のスロットルボディを交換しなれば
ならず,需要者の経済的負担が大きい。

されてその弾性力によりころがり軸受6を軸取付孔4の
段部4aに圧接するとともにリテーナ8を抜止め部材9に
圧接し、これらのスラスト方向の動きを防止している。

となく掃除ができ,更に部品の点検や交換が簡単に行な
