16に連動したラッチ体17を収容し、内筒体13の側
面透孔18と施錠筒体4の側面長孔19を通してラッチ
体17の先端部が係脱する側面受孔20を外筒体3に設
けてあり、該側面受孔20から離脱したラッチ体17が
該側面長孔19に沿って前方に移動してハンドル12が
本体ケース2から突出するポップアウト型ロックハンド
