BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there is a door shown in FIG. 4 as a door which is made of wood and whose front and back surfaces are formed in a lattice shape with unit mirror plates. In this door structure, an outer frame is formed by a pair of a vertical frame 21, an upper frame 22, and a lower frame 23, and a middle frame 24 is provided vertically and horizontally inside the outer frame to form a lattice, and a unit end plate 25 is formed on each lattice. It is formed by fitting.

However, in this structure, when designing a continuous pattern or pattern on the surface of the door, since the unit mirror plates 25 are installed in a divided state in each lattice, the pattern is not continuous, and the appearance is reduced. Was damaged. Further, since the unit end plate 25 is fitted in each lattice, the unit end plate 25 is dried and shrunk during use for a long period of time, and a gap is generated between the end frames 25, 22, 23 and 24. The unit mirror plate 25 sometimes rattled. In particular, when this door is used as an entrance door, there has been a problem that wind and rain enter through the gap. Furthermore, when the unit end plate 25 was used, the fixing had to be done one by one, so the work efficiency was poor.

The door structure of the present invention forms a continuous mirror plate with a plurality of unit mirror plates as a set, and uses this continuous mirror plate to close the opening of the outer frame formed by the pair of vertical frame, upper frame and lower frame, Providing a pair of grid members formed of castings on the front and back surfaces of the continuous end plates so as to straddle the peripheral edges of the adjacent continuous end plates, and pinching the continuous end plates by connecting these grid members with screws. The feature is that a continuous mirror plate is formed by setting a plurality of unit mirror plates as a set, and the opening of the outer frame is closed by this continuous mirror plate, so that the handle etc. on the surface of the door can be continuous, improving the appearance. Can be planned. Further, by forming the continuous end plate, it is possible to reduce the number of places where gaps are formed between the frame and the frame due to the drying shrinkage, and it is possible to prevent intrusion of wind and rain. Further, the work efficiency can be improved as compared with fixing the unit end plates one by one. Further, since the pair of lattice members are connected by screws, the lattice members can be integrated and the strength can be improved. That is, by tightening the screws, the continuous mirror plate can be pinched by the pair of lattice members, the continuous mirror plate can be firmly fixed, and at the same time, the lattice member can be prevented from bending. Further, the fact that the lattice member is made of casting also contributes to the prevention of warpage of the lattice member. Further, there is an advantage that the construction procedure is not limited, for example, one of the lattice members is retrofitted, or the pair of lattice members are connected and the screws are loosened to dispose the continuous end plate.

The vertical frame 1, the upper frame 2, and the lower frame 3 are made of wood or the like, and the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 are fixed in a state of being sandwiched between the pair of vertical frames 1. Fixing is done by actual joining.
Grooves 1a, 2a, 3a (see FIGS. 2 and 3) are formed on the inner peripheral side of the outer frame formed by these frames 1, 2, 3 and employed in these grooves 1a, 2a, 3a. The continuous end plate 4 is fixed by fitting one side of the actual part 6 and fitting the other side into the continuous end plate 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, the continuous end plates 4 are formed continuously in the vertical direction and are continuously arranged in four rows in the horizontal direction. The thickness of the portion of the continuous end plate 4 where the lattice member 5 is clamped is thin so that the lattice member 5 does not protrude from the surface of the outer frame when the lattice member 5 is fixed. Grooves 4a are formed on the upper and lower end surfaces of the continuous mirror plate 4, and the outer frame and the continuous mirror plate 4 are fixed to each other by fitting the studs 6 into the groove 4a. Grooves 4b are also formed on both end surfaces of each continuous end plate 4, and the continuous end plates 4 are connected to each other by fitting the studs 6 into the grooves 4b.

The lattice member 5 is made of aluminum casting or the like, and is integrally formed in a lattice shape in advance. The lattice members 5 are provided on the front and back surfaces of the continuous mirror plate 4, and are fixed in a state in which the continuous mirror plate 4 is pinched. A screw insertion hole is formed at the intersection of the one lattice member 5, and a screw hole is formed inside at the intersection of the other lattice member 5. Therefore, the one and the other lattice members 5 can be connected to each other by the screws 7.

The procedure for constructing the door according to this embodiment will be described. Grooves 1a, 2a and 3a for fitting the employment case 6 are formed on the inner peripheral side of the frames 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Further, grooves 4a and 4b are also formed on the peripheral edge surface of the continuous mirror plate 4. An upper frame 2 and a lower frame 3 are fixed to one of the pair of vertical frames 1 to form a U-shape. The continuous end plate 4 having the upper and lower ends and one of the side ends fitted with the studs 6 is fixed to the inner portion of the U-shaped outer frame. Then, the same continuous end plate 4 is sequentially fixed. The last continuous end plate 4 is fitted with the studs 6 at the upper and lower ends and both ends,
This is fixed to the outer frame. The other vertical frame 1 is the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3
Fixed to. A waterproof packing 8 is fixed to each corner of the lattice member 5 on the side of the continuous end plate 4, and the lattice member 5 is attached to the continuous end plate 4.
Install on the front and back of each. Screw 7 at the intersection of the grid
Are successively tightened to clamp the continuous end plate 4 with the pair of lattice members 5. This completes the door. Further, the construction procedure is not limited to the above, and for example, the continuous end plate 4 may be arranged by loosening the screw 7 while the pair of lattice members 5 and 5 are connected.

According to the configuration of this embodiment, since the continuous end plate 4 continuously formed in the longitudinal direction is used, the pattern on the surface of the continuous end plate 4 can be made continuous, and the appearance can be improved. Further, by using the continuous end plate 4 formed continuously, the fixing work can be performed more efficiently than fixing the unit end plates one by one. Furthermore, since the grating member 5 formed integrally with the front and back surfaces of the continuous mirror plate 4 is provided and the continuous mirror plate 4 is pinched by the grid member 5, the strength of the continuous mirror plate 4 itself can be increased. At the same time, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of misalignment due to the contraction of the continuous end plate 4. Further, since the waterproof packing 8 is provided between the lattice member 5 and the continuous end plate 4, it is possible to prevent intrusion of wind and rain.

Although the continuous end plates 4 are continuously formed in the vertical direction in the above embodiment, they may be continuously formed in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, those formed continuously in both the vertical and horizontal directions may be provided in series, or one formed in one piece may be used.

According to the structure of the door of this invention, the opening of the outer frame is closed by using the continuous end plate which is formed by continuously forming a plurality of unit end plates as a set in the outer frame formed by the pair of the vertical frame, the upper frame and the lower frame. Therefore, the pattern on the surface of the continuous end plate can be made continuous, and the appearance of the door can be improved. Further, since the continuous end plate is used as the end plate, the number of work steps can be reduced and the workability can be improved.
