<Prior Art> As shown in FIG. 3, a conventional electronic dehumidifier has a heat radiating fin 3 and a cooling fin 2 of an electronic cooling element 1 arranged one above the other, and a humid air 13 containing moisture is electronically dehumidified. The air is taken in from an intake port 11 provided below the cooling fin 2 and passed through between the cooling fins 2 to cool to below the dew point temperature, and water droplets 17 are condensed on the surfaces of the cooling fins 2 for dehumidification. The airflow 14 that has released moisture as water droplets 17 further rises and is heated as it passes between the radiating fins 3, and the temperature rises, so that the relative humidity of the airflow 14 further decreases, and the temperature rises above the electronic dehumidifier. When it is discharged from the provided exhaust port 12, it becomes a dry air flow 15. Such an air flow is maintained by the cooling fins 2 and the radiating fins 3 forming a vertical ventilation path in which the cooling fins 2 and the radiation fins 3 communicate with each other, and by the forced ventilation fan 5 provided immediately below the exhaust port 12. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an excellent dehumidifying effect by installing it in the storage or inside the equipment and using it as a dew condensation preventing device for a long term. Water droplets 17 generated by dehumidification are usually treated by connecting a drain hose to the drain funnel 16 at the lower end of the electronic dehumidifier or attaching a drain tank.

In the electronic dehumidifier having such a structure, the power supply board 7 on which the rectifying element, the condenser, the resistor and the like are mounted is
It is fastened and held by a board mounting screw 8 on a mounting auxiliary material 6 mounted on the upper portion of the heat radiation fin 3 by a small screw. The mounting auxiliary material 6 has a prismatic cross section, and is made of a heat insulating synthetic resin material like the board mounting screws 8 and machine screws. Further, since the forced ventilation fan 5 is attached directly below the uppermost exhaust port 12, the upper end of the power supply board 7 is attached to the attachment auxiliary material 6 attached to the lower portion of the fan frame 51 with machine screws by the board attachment screw 8. Tightened and retained.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In order to fix the fan for the forced ventilation passage just below the exhaust port, the same attachment auxiliary material as that used for holding the power board is also attached to the lower part of the fan frame with a child screw. By mounting and fixing the upper end of the power supply board to this mounting supplement, the entire weight of the fan is supported by the power supply board. For this reason, the entire weight of the fan is added to the power supply board in the form of a cantilever, and the power supply board may be deformed like a bow when used for a long period of time, which may reduce reliability. In order to install the mounting auxiliary material, it is necessary to process the prefabricated hole in the fan frame and the mounting auxiliary material that is a custom-made component, and to assemble with insulating small screws. There was a problem saying that it became.

<Means for Solving the Problems> A leg extending from the end face of the heat dissipation fin in the longitudinal direction is formed, a fan frame is directly fastened to the end of the leg, and a power supply board is mounted on the upper surface of the leg. It is configured to be tightened and held by the mounting screw through the insulating collar.

<Function> Since the weight of the fan is supported by the metal leg extending from the end surface of the heat radiation fin, the weight of the fan is never directly applied to the power supply board, and the power supply board itself is also mounted on the extended foot. It is fastened and fixed with screws.

<Embodiment> FIG. 1 is a cutaway side view showing a main part of an embodiment of an electronic dehumidifier implementing the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view showing an enlarged leg portion, FIG. FIG. 7 is a cut side view showing a main part of an embodiment of a conventional electronic dehumidifier. A description will be given below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals throughout FIGS. 1 and 3, and thus the description of the same components as those described above will be omitted to avoid duplication. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a fan 5 for forced ventilation is extended from the end surface of the heat radiating fin 3 in the longitudinal direction of the heat radiating fin 3.
Collar made of synthetic resin which is fastened directly to the end surface of the prismatic leg 41 of the book by a mounting screw, and the power supply board 7 is laid over both legs 41, and which has excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. It is fastened with 18 and the board mounting screw 8. In this example, the leg extending from the end face of the heat radiation fin has two prismatic shapes, but it goes without saying that the leg may have a flat plate shape.

<Effect of the device> The fan and the power supply board can be securely fixed to the leg by simply changing the shape of the heat radiation fin and providing the leg. There is no danger of a decrease in reliability, which is predicted to occur due to the bow-shaped deformation. In addition, it was confirmed that the assembly process was shortened by eliminating the need for custom-made parts such as mounting auxiliary materials and mounting work on the fan frame, and that the number of parts was reduced, resulting in a significant reduction in manufacturing costs. Has been done.
