(2) The bend should be highly flexible and elastic. (3) It has abrasion resistance. (4) The foot fits the shoe without slipping. In recent years, the need for the above conditions has increased (functionality-oriented). Insoles originally attached to shoes were sufficient, but especially in magazines and books, "foot function / illness" has become a hot topic, and insoles for the past few years Demand is expanding. Although research and development of insoles have been carried out and various insoles are manufactured and sold, there are merits and demerits, and it is difficult to find insoles that satisfy the requirements comprehensively. In particular, the sponge material of the open-cell foam used as an insole has a high water permeability but a poor diffusivity. The single polyester fiber has hydrophobicity but does not retain water and has a defect that it penetrates directly to the bottom surface to form a pool of water.

That is, a hydrophilic rayon fiber, a hydrophobic polyester fiber short fiber and a hydrophobic polyester fiber are laminated to form an interface composite, and impregnated with a hydrophilic emulsion liquid in the form of fine particles. The base cloth is formed by being dried and solidified (powdered), and a characteristic member as an insole is sewn, bonded or heated to the back surface of the base cloth to complete the insole. The above-mentioned base cloth has a two-sided structure with different characteristics. Short fibers have a moisture absorption / swelling effect and have a good texture when worn, but become unstable dimensionally due to compression, bending, movement, etc. There is a side. On the other hand, long fibers have the opposite physical properties (restoring effect). Utilizing such fiber characteristics, both are laminated and the interface is compounded. This composite is obtained by subjecting both to a needle punch and a binder treatment with a resin having a humidity control function. In addition, the constituent fibers can respond to the change in shape due to the pressure due to the characteristics of the fibers, and while maintaining the shape, can have a space inside. As a result, the shape-retaining property of the shoe is achieved by the restoring effect of the long fibers and the ability to withstand the pressure, and the restoring of the shoe when standing is easy. In addition, FIG. 1 is a structural model diagram of a base fabric. In FIG. 1, double wavy lines 1 represent long fibers, single wavy lines 2 represent short and long fibers, and black circles 3 represent emulsion solvents. . In the present invention, the base cloth has a sectional structure,
Differentiate the density of the fiber groups of the surface layer, middle layer, and bottom surface so that water does not stand in a certain place, that is, make the structure that allows the movement of water (forced expansion) easily due to the difference in density. Is desirable. This means that the decompression is restored when standing and the rapid drying effect is produced, and that moisture absorption and pressure sensitivity / compression and swelling are promoted during wear to facilitate diffusion / release. . These effects are one of the different physical properties in contrast to the conventional sponge-like object / single-structure polyester object.

Moisture absorption and retention of water by interfacially combining short fiber that has the function of retaining water and fiber layer groups of different characteristics that have the function of moisture absorption and discharge, and by impregnating the base cloth with hydrophilic solvent It is characterized by the fact that it is composed of a two-sided structure that enhances the effect. It accumulates water in the hydrophilic and retaining short fiber parts and diffuses it with long fibers having a hydrophobic function to improve drying efficiency. It is something like this.

The insole that meets the above requirements (1) (2) (3) (4), that is, it is soft when worn, the foot fits the shoe, and the foot fits inside the shoe. It has a remarkable effect of completely achieving the intended purpose of providing an insole which does not move and sweats well and the inside of which is rapidly dried when the shoes are taken off. That is, the insole obtained by the present invention specifically has the following effects. a. Permeates and diffuses sweat released from the sole of the foot, facilitating evaporation. b. By absorbing and retaining water with short fibers, permeation of water up to the total length of long fibers was eliminated as much as possible. c. The characteristics of the long fiber layer facilitated quick drying. d. Due to the characteristics of the short fiber layer, it was soft and comfortable to wear, and stopped the movement of the toes when using shoes (the swelling phenomenon allowed the sole of the foot to be gently wrapped and fixed). e. It has a shape-retaining function and can reduce the deformation of shoes. f. Degassing and deodorizing effects are enhanced (rapid drying and diffusion power).
