場合、軟質樹脂と硬質樹脂との溶融状態の相違に起因し
て、軸先と主軸の境界付近に溶融した軟質樹脂による盛
り上がりができたり、或いは軸先に軟質樹脂のしわが生
じてしまい、硬質合成樹脂のみから構成される筆記具軸
と同じものは得られない。本考案の滑り止め被層付き合
成樹脂製筆記具軸は、軟質樹脂製の滑り止め被層が層着
された主軸の軸先相当部分の軟質樹脂の機械的に剥離さ
れた部分が搾り加工された軸先であるため、搾り加工の
際、型に挿入される部分は硬質樹脂のみであり軟質樹脂
による盛り上がりやしわのない軸先が得られる。その結
果、主軸と軸先の境界部分が滑らかで精度良く形成され
ているため、キャップをした場合の密閉性が良好であ
る。
