Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and surely ground a motor case and metal board by press fitting a metallic bearing member in a way that it is in contact with an inside circumferential conductor pattern and press fitting the metal board into a metallic motor frame. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer is formed on the surface of a metal base, and a copper foil conductor pattern is formed thereon. A conductor pattern for grounding is formed on the inside circumference and connected to a grounding terminal. A lower bearing 12, when press fit into a metallic circuit board 9, comes into contact with the conductor pattern for grounding and the metal base to provide grounding. The metallic circuit board 9 is then fitted, and secured in a metallic motor case 2, which is thereby grounded through the conductor pattern for grounding and the grounding terminal. The constitution above makes it possible to ground the motor case 2 just by building the metallic circuit board 9 thereinto.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in small DC brushless motors incorporated in audio equipment and OA equipment, an example of using a metal substrate as a circuit substrate in order to improve heat dissipation characteristics of a drive circuit is increasing. In addition, a metallic motor case is used as a housing to shield radiation noise generated from the rotor as the motor rotates. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the lead wire 16 is directly attached to the motor case 2.
The motor case is grounded by soldering or the like, or by connecting a back cover made of iron or the like to the motor case and soldering a lead wire to the back cover or spot welding.

In addition, direct soldering to a metallic motor case and a metallic substrate causes a large amount of heat dissipation, resulting in defective soldering such as so-called immo solder, and it takes time for soldering, resulting in work efficiency. There was a problem that was bad.
