Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the secrecy of a facsimile reception by varying the dial-in number of the facsimile equipment of a guest room in a hotel. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a hotel front system 11, interface system 12, and telephone switchboard 13. Moreover, the hotel front system 11 is connected through a signal line with the interface system 12, the interface system 12 is connected through signal lines 102 and 103 with the telephone switchboard 13, and a guest room facsimile equipment 14 arranged in each guest room is connected through the signal line 103 for a welcome message transmission and a signal line 104, so that the facsimile equipment 14 can be organically connected. An automatic exchange connection comprising a plurality of office line terminals and a plurality of extension terminals, wherein connection information accompanied by a dial-in number arriving at the office line terminal is automatically exchanged with the extension terminal according to the dial-in number. In the extension telephone exchange device equipped with means for performing the above, the dial-in number corresponding to the extension terminal is variably set each time the user of the extension terminal changes, and the welcome message is set immediately after the new dial-in number is set.
