The snow-melting nozzle body A was divided into upper and lower parts, and a casting upper body a having a valve cylinder mounting portion 4 and a water guiding cavity portion 1 and a valve cylinder bearing portion 5 inside and a plurality of reinforcing ridges 6 outside were vertically provided. The lower casting body b and the lower casting body b are separately cast by the lost wax method, and the seam welded portions 7 and 8 formed at the lower portion of the lower casting body a and the upper portion of the lower casting body are welded to form a casting product. A method for manufacturing a snow-melting nozzle for casting, characterized in that a snow-melting nozzle body A is formed, and water sprinkling holes 9 are formed in a cast upper body a after or before the seaming welding. is there. Further, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing a snow-making nozzle made by casting, wherein stainless steel is used as a casting material.

The opening on the lower side of the casting and the opening on the upper side of the casting lower body b are also large, so that casting is easy even if there is a change in the entrance and exit of each inner wall surface, and the casting upper body a and the casting are produced by the lost wax method. Since the lower body b is cast separately, the lower body b is cast with a precision that does not require finishing work other than the thread cutting process of the valve cylinder mounting part 4 and the drilling process of the water spray holes 9.

The figure shows a case where the groove is divided in the middle, and a case where a groove 7 is formed in the dividing portion and the existence of the groove 7 protects the seam welds 7 and 8 is shown. . The size of the snow-melting nozzle is 60 mm, 65 mm, 70
It is often divided into large, medium and small types of about mm.
At that time, it is convenient in many cases to divide the upper end protruding part b ′ into substantially the same size and to divide the stainless steel upper body a into large, medium and small. A method of manufacturing a plurality of types of snow removal nozzles by adopting the joining style of the example to prevent the lower stainless steel body b from becoming smaller, and changing the diameter of only the upper stainless steel body a in the case of medium and large types. Therefore, the present invention adopts the dividing method in consideration of this point.

Since the upper body a and the lower body b are divided into a stainless steel upper body a and a stainless steel lower body b, the upper die and the lower die of each mother die can be cut according to the design drawings. create. If the upper surface of the sprinkling section 2 is a split mold and the upper surface is flat, only the lower mold may be processed. A brazing die is formed by pushing the brazing material through an injection path provided in the mother molding die. Make a lot of this wax pattern to make a tree, spray the refractory material to the wax pattern, attach the refractory material to dry, heat in a heating furnace to melt and dewax the wax, then heat in the heating furnace Then, the refractory is fired, taken out and poured with hot water, and after cooling, the refractory is removed to obtain a product.

If this point is divided, it becomes extremely easy to remove the refractory material. Further, when the lost wax method is adopted, finishing processing other than the processing of the screw hole of the valve cylinder mounting portion 4 that stands upright and the drilling of the sprinkling hole 9 (finish cutting processing of the inner peripheral surface and the bearing portion of the O-ring, etc.) Is almost unnecessary,
The snow-melting nozzle having a complicated internal structure can be mass-produced extremely precisely and easily.

The first drilling work of the water sprinkling hole 9 is carried out by forming the blade edge fitting concave portion 11 which is supported in a snugly fitted state and forming the facing concave portion 12 on the inner side facing the blade edge fitting concave portion 11 in the oblique direction of 45 degrees. Accurate and easy drilling is possible without wobbling.

する。As described above, the present invention is a casting snow-melting nozzle in which a main body portion is vertically provided below a water sprinkling portion having a water guiding hollow portion formed therein. In the vicinity, the snow-melting nozzle body is divided into upper and lower parts, and a casting upper body having a valve cylinder mounting portion and a water guiding cavity portion, and a casting lower body in which a plurality of reinforcing ridges are vertically provided on the inside of the valve cylinder bearing portion and on the outside. Each of them was cast separately by the lost wax method, and the seaming welds formed in the lower part of the upper part of the casting and the upper part of the lower part of the casting were welded to form the snow-melting nozzle body made of casting. Even if the entrance and exit of the wall surface is complicated, since the casting is divided into the upper casting body a and the lower casting body b, each of which has a large opening, each casting becomes extremely easy, and the wall thickness is reduced to an average to obtain the stainless steel amount. The lack of strength by saving energy by arranging reinforcing strips in the vertical direction More covers, and the casting can also be precisely manufactured from adopting the lost wax process, the more it is possible to manufacture a less costly because requires little finishing other than drilling machining screw machining and nozzle holes,
The desired snow-making nozzle made of stainless steel or cast can be accurately mass-produced by simply performing seaming welding, which is an excellent manufacturing method of the cast snow-making nozzle.
