As a conventional clamping device for holding the element portion of the capacitor element, as shown in FIG. 5, the tips of a pair of simultaneously rotating arms a extending substantially at right angles to the axis of the element portion e of the capacitor element c. In general, a structure of holding by a portion and a structure of holding by a tip portion of a pair of arms a'extending along the axis of the element portion e as shown in FIG. In any of the above cases, the V formed at the tip of each arm
The element part e is grasped and positioned by the grooves b and b ′. In the former case, if the element part has a small diameter, the
As shown in FIG. [A], the pair of arms grips the element part e in a substantially parallel state, but when the diameter is large (2 to 3 times smaller), it is shown in FIG. 5B. As you can see, the arm becomes wider. For this reason, even when the center of the element portion is always kept constant when the element portion is supplied to the clamp device regardless of the diameter of the element portion, when the element portion is actually gripped by the arm, the element portion is fitted into the V-shaped groove to cause center deviation. It is impossible to always hold the center at the same position and hold it regardless of the size of the raising element. Also in the latter case, the arm a'becomes wider as the diameter of the element portion increases as shown in FIG. 6B, and in this case, the entire V groove cannot be gripped and the element portion is not able to be gripped. Edge (edge on the opposite side of the end face from which the lead wire 1 projects)
You will only be able to grip. Therefore, there is a problem that the capacitor element cannot be firmly gripped and becomes unstable.

By gripping the capacitor element, the center of the capacitor element can always be held constant regardless of the size.

In a clamp device for a capacitor element, which is movably arranged and has a pressing block that presses the capacitor element toward the stopper, and a spring that elastically presses the pressing block toward the stopper, the arm does not move. Fixed to the base,
The tips of the stoppers are extended in opposite directions to define a narrow gap between the tips of the stoppers, and the width of the gap is defined by a pair of lead wires extending from the one end face of the capacitor element. Grooves are formed to be substantially parallel to the surface defining the gap, grooves for receiving the arms are formed on both side surfaces of the pressing block, and at least one of upper and lower ends of the pressing block engages with an external operating device. It is configured by forming a convex portion that does.

After that, when the bias of the pressing block is released, the pressing block is elastically pressed in the direction of the stopper and the stopper and the pressing block grip the element portion.

The clamp device 1 includes a main body 2 having a base portion 21 and a pair of parallel arms 22 extending substantially at right angles from the base portion, and a pressing block 3 movably supported by the main body 2. A groove 24 into which a steel belt, which will be described later, is fitted is formed in the base portion 21 of the main body 2 on the rear surface (the surface opposite to the arm), and a mounting screw hole 25 is formed so as to penetrate therethrough in the front-rear direction. The pair of arms 22 has a gap between them
They are separated from each other so as to define 23, and a stopper 26 is formed at each tip. The main body 2 is made of synthetic resin, and the base 21, the arm 22 and the stopper 26 are integrally formed. Each stopper 26 projects toward the gap 23, but is separated so as to define a narrow gap 28 through which the lead wire 1 of the capacitor element is passed. As shown in FIG. 3, the portion of the stopper 26 that projects into the gap 23 has a surface 27 that engages with one end surface (the surface on the side where the lead wire 1 projects) of the element portion of the capacitor element to be gripped. A convex portion 32 is formed on the upper surface of the pressing block 3 so as to be engaged with an external operating device (not shown). The pressing block is elastically pressed toward the stopper 26 by the spring 4 provided between the base portion 21 and the pressing block in the gap 23.

It is pressed against the spring 21 against the base 21 side. In this state, the capacitor element c is supplied into the gap 23 between the stopper 26 and the pressing block 3 while holding the pair of leads 1 with the lead wire 1 extended from the gap 28 between the stoppers 26. It At this time, the capacitor element c is supplied while being positioned by a chuck (not shown) of the supply device such that its center is always constant regardless of the size of the element portion e.
