Conventionally, in this type of cardboard packing, a partition plate made of wood, styrofoam, cardboard, etc. is used as a support structure for supporting the vertical compressive load of the packaged product, and this partition plate is used in a cardboard outer box. There is a configuration in which the packaged items are stacked on top of each other so that the packaged items are packaged so as to receive a vertical compressive load.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] For this reason, for example, in the case where the partition plate is formed of wood or Styrofoam, not only is it costly to process the waste material after unpacking, but especially in the case of wood. When the transportation or storage is continued for a long period of time, the moisture content in the wood may impregnate the outer box of the cardboard or the other pad members of the cardboard, which may reduce the strength of the cardboard.
In order to prevent this, a wood drying treatment step is required in advance, resulting in high cost.

Further, in the case where the partition plate having the shape as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 is formed by Styrofoam or one thin cardboard, sufficient compression strength cannot be obtained, and the compression load due to the weight of the packaged product is not obtained. Not only can not support the stacking and become unstable in stacking, but especially in the case of the shape of the hollow column (30) as shown in FIG. There was a problem that became.

[Means for Solving Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a cardboard outer box in which a large number of packaged items are stacked and housed through a partition plate and the partition In a cardboard packing structure in which a plate is placed on the top of the packaged product and a vertical compressive load is applied to the packaged product, the partition plate contacts the projecting upper part of each packaged product and corrugates. It consists of multiple columns of columns that meander in parallel to each other.
A plurality of single-sided cardboard members are attached to each other. At this time, both end faces of each pillar can be brought into flush contact with the inner surface of the cardboard outer box, and the contact area with the outer box is reduced. On the other hand, the pillars are subjected to a water resistance treatment so as to obtain a compressive strength.

[Operation] That is, according to the present invention, with the above configuration,
A plurality of single-sided cardboard members are attached to the flute in the longitudinal direction, and the partition plate is formed by a plurality of posts arranged in parallel in a wavy manner in contact with the protruding upper part of each packaged product, Not only can the compressive strength of the middle partition plate be improved, but the contact areas of the upper and lower surfaces and end surfaces with the mating material can also be increased, the material cost is low, it can be easily manufactured, and at the time of packaging. It is possible to perform the assembling work and the waste material disposal work after unpacking without trouble, and it is possible to obtain a compressive strength close to that of wood by a process such as a water resistant process as necessary.

1 to 3 schematically show a cardboard packing structure according to the present invention, in which (1) is a packing body. The package (1) includes a pallet (2) that serves as a gantry that facilitates loading and unloading work using a forklift truck, for example.
A tray (3) placed on the pallet (2) and an outer box (4) loaded on the tray (3),
In this outer box (4), as shown in FIG.
A plurality of relatively heavy packaged items (A) such as compressors stacked in a row are stored, and each of these packaged items (A) .. On the upper part, the middle partition plates (5) and (5) are placed, respectively, and by incorporating these middle partition plates (5) and (5), the packaged product (A)
It is packaged so that it receives compressive strength in the vertical direction. The upper and lower parts of the upper and lower packages (A) have a pair of upper and lower lateral shake prevention plates (6).
The pallet (2), the tray (3), the exterior box (4), the partition plates (5) and (5), and the horizontal shake prevention plates (6) and (7) are respectively held by (7). , All made of cardboard laminated to multiple layers.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the partition plate (5) is composed of a plurality of corrugated columns (51) ... Each column (51) is a single-sided cardboard member (52). A plurality of sheets are bonded together in the thickness direction, and the flat plate base material (53) made of a cardboard plate is bonded and held to the back surface side to be integrated, and as shown by a two-dot broken line in FIG. In addition, at the time of packing, each of these columns (51) is in a corrugated shape so as to come into contact with the projecting upper part of the packed article (A) ...

By the way, if each of the columns (51) forming the partition plate (5) described above is insufficient in compressive strength even when the plurality of single-sided cardboard members (52) are bonded in the thickness direction, after molding, For example, by impregnating with sodium silicate or the like, applying water resistance treatment, and hardening it, it is possible to obtain a pressure resistance close to that of wood, which makes it possible to use a cheap material of about 120 g / m 2 and to reduce the cost. Along with reduction and weight reduction, it becomes possible to obtain a large compressive strength without using wood, metal or the like. In addition, in order to give necessary and sufficient strength to the required compression strength, the single-sided cardboard member (5
Since the number and basis weight of 2) can be easily changed, optimal design is possible from the viewpoints of cost and strength. Furthermore, both end faces (51a) in the longitudinal direction of each strut (51) are also possible.
By cutting the inner surface of the cardboard outer box (4) so as to be flush with the inner surface of the outer box, the contact area with the outer box (4) can be increased, and the outer box (4) can be crushed. This makes it possible to prevent deformation.

[Effects of the Invention] As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a large number of packaged items are stacked in the cardboard outer box via the intermediate partition plates, and the intermediate partition plates are packaged in the package. In a cardboard packaging structure in which the package is placed on top of the package and is subjected to a vertical compression load in the package, the partition plate contacts the projecting upper portion of each package and meanders in a corrugated manner. It is composed of a plurality of columns arranged side by side, and these columns are formed by a single-sided cardboard member that is laminated with a plurality of them. Therefore, the compressive strength of the partition plate can be improved, The contact area between the upper and lower surfaces and the end surfaces can be increased, the material cost is low, and it can be easily manufactured, and the assembly work during packing and the waste material disposal work after unpacking can be done easily. In addition, it has an excellent effect that pressure resistance strength close to that of wood can be obtained by a treatment such as a water resistance treatment, if necessary.
