全体像を概略説明すると、1は駆動源の収納されたボッ
クス、2はノズル付き摺動体の水量や往復動の速度等を
制御する制御装置、3は長尺なレール状ガイド、4は摺
動体、5はノズル、6は両摺動体4を連結する連結棒、
7はレール状ガイド3に穿設された摺動体4に設けたノ
ズル5を突出させるための開口部、8は摺動体4の両端
に固定したワイヤのカバーである。以上から成る高圧摺
動シャワー装置を被洗浄物の脱墨処理装置や濃縮洗浄機
のドラムに内張り、外張りされた、金網、フェルト等の
洗浄に利用するもので、洗浄しようとする金網、フェル

きるような一回り小さい角筒体で形成されており、(本
実施例の場合は各2個計4個設けたものが示されてい
る)この角筒体の摺動体4にノズル5が適数個設けられ
ている。そして前述したように往復動距離を最短にする
ために、水通路を兼用した連結棒6で連結して適宣間隔
に摺動体4を2個設けたものである。レール状ガイド3
の先端には滑車9が設けられ、さらに、レール状ガイド
3の上部にはワイヤ用カバー8がワイヤ10が踊ったり
しないように設けられている。そして図2で示したもの
では、左側の摺動体4の左端部にワイヤ10の一端を固
定し、このワイヤ10はレール状ガイド3内を挿通し
て、先端の滑車9を介してカバー8内を通して正逆回転
式モータの軸に設けたプーリー11を巻回してレール状
ガイド3内へ右端から挿通し、右側の摺動体4の右端部
に固定し、モータの正逆回転でワイヤ、滑車、プーリー
等で回転することにより、摺動体4は左右に往復摺動で
きるものである。そして、右側の摺動体4の右端部から
可撓性ホース(図示は省略)を連結して洗浄水を圧送で
きるようになっている。材質については、洗浄水に触れ
るのでワイヤ10、レール状ガイド3、カバー8、摺動
体4等、ステンレススチールを用いるのがコスト等の面
から最適である。また、レール状ガイド3、摺動体4に
ついては摺動させるのでガタツキが生じるため角筒体に
したが、このガタツキを防止できれば円筒体等、種々の
形状が採用できるものである。またモータの正逆回転の
制御はリミットスイッチ12を2個設けて、モータを中
間にして1個ずつ適宣部位に設置して制御すれば極めて
簡単に安価に制御することができる。尚、制御について
も高度化するには種々の設計変更ができることはいうま
でもない。
