Abstract

形を呈するスライダ本体53と、これに設けられた螺孔
54と、これに螺合される摘み螺子55と、スライダ本
体53の前側に設けられた連結突起56とを備えてい
る。刃体52は、ボディ1のシース3に挿入される略平
行四辺形を呈した折刃型にしてあり、後側に形成されて
連結突起56と嵌合される連結孔57と、下縁に形成さ
れた刃(図示せず)と、所定間隔毎に形成された折線5
8とを備えている。グリップ2は、断面略溝形を呈する
もので、この例では、長手方向に凹溝8が形成されてい
ると共に、これの後部には、隆起部9が形成されて居
り、合成樹脂を射出成形する事に依り作製されている。
隆起部9は、シース3の裏壁の厚さと同等の高さにして
あると共に、裏壁の形状に合致させてあり、スライダ5
1を支障なく後方から出し入れできる様にしてある。シ
ース3は、グリップ2の凹溝8に嵌挿されて断面略C形
を呈する金属製のもので、この例では、V型溝10と、
これの表側に連設された広幅溝11と、これの表側に連
設された狭幅溝12と、前側に形成されて単一の刃体5
2の通過を許容する出入口13とを備えて居り、ステン
レス鋼板をプレス成形する事に依り作製されている。突
起4は、グリップ2の後側に設けられてシース3の後側
を掛止すると共にシース3に摺動可能に挿入されたスラ
イダ51の摘み螺子55を一時掛止し得るもので、この
例では、正面略三角形状を呈してグリップ2の後側の表
面下部にこれの成形と同時に一体的に形成されて居り、
シース3の後側の表方向の移動を阻止すべく掛止すると
共に、シース3に対してスライダ51が摺動できる程度
に摘み螺子55を普通に緩めた時(所謂通常螺緩時)に
は、摘み螺子55の頭部が当合されてその後方移動が阻
止され、シース3に対してスライダ51が摺動できてス
ライダ51に対して摘み螺子55が螺脱しない程度に大
きく緩めた時(所謂特別螺緩時)には、摘み螺子55の
頭部が当合せずにその後方移動が許容される様にしてあ
る。螺子用穴5は、グリップ2の前側に設けられたもの
で、この例では、タッピングネジ用の下穴にしてあり、
凹溝8の前側にグリップ2の成形と同時に形成してあ
る。貫孔6は、シース3の前側に設けられたもので、こ
の例では、タッピングネジの頭部を収容する窪所14を
備えたものにしてあり、シース3の成形と同時に形成し
てある。螺子7は、貫孔6に挿通されて螺子用穴5に螺
挿されるもので、この例では、タッピングネジにしてあ
り、貫孔6に挿通されて螺子用穴5に螺挿され、頭部が
シース3のV型溝10に突出しない様にしてある。次
に、この様な構成に基づいて作用を述解する。シース3
の下半が突起4を跨いでグリップ2の凹溝8に挿入さ
れ、シース3の後端がグリップ2の隆起部9に当合され
