として提案されたものであり、前述のような円形断面で
かつ二次元の屈曲構造を有するサイドフィード型のシュ
ートに対しては適用することはできなかった。

倒自在とした保持ガイドを設けたことを特徴とする高炉
原料装入装置のシュート取替装置である。

ある。台車1上には、台車前後部に設置された油圧ジャ
ッキ3a,3bにより昇降自在とした支持台3が取付けら
れ、支持台3の炉体を指向する側は適宜の長さ延長され
てガイドフレーム4を形成している。このガイドフレー
ム4の先端部には左右1対をなす半円状の受け座5が設
けられ、さらにこの若干後方には、第1図(a)に示す
油圧シリンダ6により起倒自在としたシュートの保持ガ
イド7が取付けられている。

に、油圧ジャッキ3a,3bにより支持台3を昇降して、ガ
イドフレーム4が所定の作業高さにてかつ水平になるよ
うに調節して炉内に挿入する。取外すべきシュート15に
は事前にその重心位置近くに水平にピンロッド16が取付
けられており、挿入されたガイドフレーム4の受け座5
をピンロッド16に係合させてシュート15の荷重を徐々に
ガイドフレーム4に移動しながら、同時に油圧シリンダ
6を遠隔にて操作して保持ガイド7を起立させ、シュー
ト15に当てがってこれを保持する。しかるのちシュート
上部の接合部15aを分離し、かつ保持ガイド7を倒しな
がら取外したシュート15はピンロッド16を軸として回転
させてガイドフレーム4上に横臥せせ、ついで台車1を
運転して装置全体を炉外に引出しシュート15を取出す。
なお新しいシュートを装着する場合は、上記と逆の手順
にて作業をおこなう。
