するドットパターン2の1ドットをCCDカメラ6の位
置まで移動して位置決めした。次いで位置制御パソコン
5から画像処理装置7にトリガ出力して1ドットの画像
をCCDカメラ6により画像処理装置7に取り込んで画
素数計数により面積を求めた。この画素数計数は、1ド
ットの画像を図3に示すように縦、横多数に、本例の場
合縦500分割、横 480分割して、1つの画素8の大きさ
を事前に校正することによって、即ちドット周囲の画素
8のしきい値及び光の強さ(輝度)を加味した条件を設
定することによって正確に1ドットの面積を求めること
ができた。然る後、この1ドットの面積値を位置制御パ
ソコン5に出力し、設計値と比較し、データ処理した。
以後同様の工程を経て多数のドットの面積を測定し、ド
ットパターン2における全てのドットの面積の求め、位
置制御パソコン5に出力し、設計値と比較し、データ処
理した。表1は縦 151列、横 201列で直径0.27mm〜0.85
mmまで変化するドットパターン2の 30351個のドットの
内、 165ポイントのドットの測定結果を示すもので、極

力することを特徴とする導光板のドット印刷パターンの
