Since it is difficult to control the tension-free transfer condition of the fabric inside the chamber from the outside of the wet heat treatment chamber, the continuous tension-free transfer device transfers the fabric while suspending and forming the fabric in a loop at regular intervals. However, there has been a demand that it must be mechanically, continuously, and surely reliable.

In a moist heat treatment apparatus in which rolls are arranged at a constant interval from the cloth introduction port of the moist heat treatment chamber toward the cloth ejection port, diffused air is blown inside the suspension forming fabric formed between the drive rolls and in the width direction of the fabric. The air-blowing nozzles are arranged, and the suspension forming fabric formed between the drive wheels is shaped by blowing air and further spread to ensure the formation of suspension (loop formation) of the fabric in the wet heat treatment chamber. Another object of the present invention is to provide a loop shaping transfer device for a long fabric that can improve reliability.

Then, each drive roll 5 is rotated at a substantially constant speed to be transferred in a state in which each suspension formation 7 is kept in shape, and receives wet heat until it is sent out from the fabric outlet 4 of the wet heat treatment chamber 1. The target moist heat reaction treatment is performed.

In order to receive the blowing force of the gas (vapor) from the gas nozzle 8, the cloth is, for example, an extremely thin cloth, or the cloth in a situation in which the cloth is easily attached to the peripheral surface of the drive roll 5 due to the humidity contained in the cloth. Even if there is, the trouble that the cloth is wound around the drive roll or the guide roll is prevented in advance, and the suspension forming portion 7 formed between the drive rolls is formed.
The fabric can be sequentially transferred while the shaping of the fabric is maintained, and the air blowing force causes the fabric to spread in the width direction of the fabric, which causes wrinkles in the vertical direction on the fabric that is continuously transported. No hanging, orderly suspension formation 7
The fabric is continuously transferred in this state.

When the hanging length of the drive roll changes, the amount of change in the hanging length is detected by the optical sensors 9A and 9B, and the rotation speed of each drive roll 5 is individually adjusted so that the hanging length is always constant. Since the hanging length of each suspension forming portion is automatically adjusted by the control, the suspension forming portion 7 having a stable shape (length) can be always maintained.

Arranged at a constant interval from the cloth inlet of the chamber toward the cloth outlet, and further, the gas is delivered to the inside of each suspension forming portion of the cloth formed between the drive rolls and in the width direction of the cloth in a diffused state. Since it is a long cloth loop shaping transfer device that has a gas nozzle for detecting the hanging length of the suspension forming portion, and a sensor for controlling the rotation speed of the drive roll, the wet shaping is performed. The long cloth supplied into the heat treatment chamber has a gas pressure blown out from the gas nozzle, a sensor for detecting the hanging length of the suspension forming portion, and an output from the sensor for controlling the rotation speed of the drive roll. By a constant interval Orderly suspension forming unit is held in the transfer of wet heat treatment chamber while, whereby the effect that the loop transfer of interest (no tension transfer) is reliably performed is obtained.
