先端キャップ5開口縁内面の係止段部8に対するバルブ
閉じ片部16の係合によりバルブ13はバネ材14に反してイ
ンク流出孔10に接近せしめてチップ保持部9に弁体18を
着座する閉弁方向に移動せしめられて該インク流出孔10
を閉じ、インナーパイプ3b内インク1の筆記チップ1側
へと流出供給を止める(図1参照)。

流出孔を閉じ、本体部内インクの筆記チップ側への流出
供給が止められる。従って、本発明の筆記具によれば、
先端キャップを本体部から抜き外すことで、本体内イン
クが筆記チップに供給される様に構成してなるから、従
来の筆記具の様に筆記中に筆記チップを筆記用紙面に押
し付けると言った面倒な操作を一切行なうことなく、バ
ネ材によりその開弁状態を保持せしめて中断することな
く継続的に本体部内インクを筆記チップへと流出させて
供給することができる。故に、継続した筆記が可能にな
る。 .しかも、筆記中に筆記チップを筆記用紙面に押し付
ける操作を全く必要としないことから、硬質材料からな
る筆記チップの使用は勿論、筆ペンの様な軟質材料から
なる筆記チップの使用も可能になる、従って、硬質,軟
質問わず全ての筆記チップの使用を可能とした汎用性の
高い筆記具を提供することができる。 .筆記チップはバルブ保持体に固定的に定着保持さ
れ、バルブは筆記時の筆圧を全く受けないバネ材により
開弁方向に付勢保持される即ちバルブの開弁状態は筆記
時の筆圧に左右されることなく常に一定に保たれること
から、筆記者(使用者)により異なる筆圧度合いに関係
なく本体部内から常に一定量(適量)のインクを筆記チ
ップへと流出供給することができる。従って、筆記中に
インクの必要以上の出過ぎによるボタ落ち等により筆記
用紙を汚すことなく、常に一定量のインクの供給が期待
でき、安定した筆記が望める。

るバルブと、前記バルブ保持体の外側に巻回装着されて
前記バルブを常時開弁方向に付勢するバネ材とから構成
し、且つ前記バルブの開閉移動範囲で先端キャップが被
さる本体部の筒壁に外部連通窓を開口すると共に、該連
通口より外部に突出せしめて先端キャップの装着時に、
該キャップとの係合によりバルブをバネ材に反して閉弁
方向に移動せしめるバルブ閉じ片をバルブに突設備えた
ことを特徴とする筆記具。
