Further, in the case of the second method for manufacturing the suture needle with thread, which is made of the hollow tube and the core material having a length slightly shorter than that of the hollow tube, the length is different. The hollow tube and the core material are cut in separate steps, and the rear end of the core material and the suture are fixed to the needle body by crimping or other means, which requires many steps for cutting and crimping. In addition to the high manufacturing cost, the length of the welded portion between the hollow tube forming the needle tip and the core becomes long,
There is a disadvantage that the strength of the needle tip portion, which is easily affected by heat due to welding, becomes weak.
