【0007】[0007]

[Action]

According to the cleaning tool of claim 1, the cover part is folded down on the side where the adhesive layer is arranged with respect to the adhesive part, and the bent part is provided on the side where the adhesive part is present. It can be carried as a portable cleaning tool by folding it over and locking it on the surface of the adhesive portion where the adhesive layer is not provided. Moreover, in this state, since the release layer is interposed between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the cover portion, there is no possibility that the cover portion is irremovably attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

At the time of use, the bent part is unlocked from the adhesive part, the cover part is folded back approximately 360 ° with respect to the adhesive part based on the carrying state, and is turned to the back side of the adhesive part. The bent portion may also be folded back 360 ° with respect to the cover portion, and the bent portion may be attached to the adhesive layer. In this state, by inserting a plurality of fingers between the adhesive section and the cover section, the adhesive section can be bent by the thickness of these fingers to form a curved adhesive surface. By pressing the adhesive surface against the surface to be cleaned and repeating rolling, the dust adhering to the surface to be cleaned can be transferred to the adhesive layer side.

Further, according to the cleaning tool of the second aspect, instead of inserting the finger between the adhesive portion and the cover portion, by inserting the finger into the pair of slits, the adhesive with a larger curvature can be obtained. The surface can be obtained, and the cleaning tool can be held in a more stable state. 【0010】[0010]

First Embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 shows a state before the cleaning tool according to the present embodiment is provided for carrying. The cleaning tool is composed of a single sheet member made of thick paper, and the entire cleaning tool can be appropriately bent according to an external force.

This cleaning tool has a rectangular adhesive portion 10, a cover portion 12, and a bent portion 14 in order from the right side of the drawing, and a boundary portion 16 between the adhesive portion 10 and the cover portion 12 and a cover portion 12 are provided. It is possible to fold by 360 ° at the boundary portion 18 between the bent portion 14 and the bent portion 14. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 is provided on one side surface (the front side surface in FIG. 1) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 10, and a protective separator (release layer) 20 is removably attached to the surface thereof. The cover portion 12 has a shape substantially similar to that of the adhesive portion 10, and the bent portion 14 is formed in a shape having a smaller longitudinal dimension (dimension in the left-right direction in FIG. 1) than the adhesive portion 10. There is.

When such a cleaning tool is to be provided as a portable tool, first, from the state of FIG. 1, the side where the adhesive layer 19 is arranged with respect to the adhesive portion 10 (the front side of FIG. 1). Then, the cover portion 12 is folded 180 ° and the folded portion 14 is folded 180 ° to the side where the adhesive portion 10 is present (the side opposite to FIG. 1) with respect to the cover portion 12, and the adhesive portion 10 is attached with the adhesive portion 10. A seal 22 (FIG. 2B) or the like is used to lock the surface on the side where the agent layer 19 is not arranged. As a result, the adhesive layer 19 is covered with the cover portion 12, and the entire cleaning tool is in a compact state as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) (b) and 3 (a), which is suitable for carrying. . Further, in this state, since the separator 20 is interposed between the cover portion 12 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 as shown in FIG. 3A, the cover portion 12 cannot be peeled to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 side. There is no risk of sticking.

When cleaning is required while carrying such a cleaning tool, first, the bent portion 14 is unlocked by the seal 22 and the like, and is expanded as shown in FIG. The separator 20 is peeled off from 19 and the cover portion 12 is folded back at the boundary portion 16 by approximately 360 ° with respect to the adhesive portion 10 based on the above-mentioned carrying state, whereby the back side of the adhesive portion 10 (the adhesive layer 19 is not arranged Side). Further, by folding back the bent portion 14 at the boundary portion 18 with respect to the cover portion 12 by about 360 ° with respect to the above-mentioned carrying state, it is turned to the front side of the adhesive portion 10, that is, the side where the adhesive layer 19 is arranged, The bent portion 14 is attached to the end of the adhesive layer 19. Then, by directing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 downward, the state shown in FIG. 3B is obtained.

Further, by inserting a plurality of fingers between the adhesive section 10 and the cover section 12 in this state, the cleaning tool can be held by these fingers as shown in FIG. At the same time, the cover portion 12 and the adhesive portion 10 are bent up and down by the thickness of these fingers to form a curved adhesive surface on the lower side of the cleaning tool.

In this state, the adhesive surface is pressed against the surface to be cleaned, and the rolling as shown by the arrow in FIG. 4 is repeated to remove the dust adhering to the surface to be cleaned to the adhesive layer 19 side. It can be transferred, and a stronger cleaning effect than that of a conventional portable brush or the like can be obtained. Specifically, dust on clothes such as doskin, surge, and flano, dust adhering to the seat surface of cars and sofas, dust and dirt accumulated on the top plate of furniture, and glass fragments scattered on the ground. Up to, it is possible to remove various kinds of dust extremely easily and effectively.

Further, since this cleaning tool can be formed of a relatively inexpensive material such as the above paper, it is also suitable for disposable use, and further, the front side surface of the cover portion 12 (the upper surface of FIG. 3A). Printing advertising texts and illustrations on, etc., can also be helpful in sales activities.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

Here, on the cover portion 12 of the cleaning tool shown in the first embodiment, a shape (a shape extending in a direction substantially parallel to the arrangement direction of the cover portion 12 and the adhesive portion 10 (left and right direction in FIG. 5) ( A pair of slits 24 having an arc shape in this embodiment are provided, and a stop hole (through hole) 26 having a wider width than the slit 24 is formed at both ends of each slit 24.

According to such a cleaning tool, after the state shown in FIG. 3B is obtained in the same manner as in the first embodiment, this time, not between the cover portion 12 and the adhesive portion 10, but both slits. By inserting a finger so as to penetrate through 24, the cleaning tool can be held as in the first embodiment, and an adhesive surface having a larger curvature than that of the cleaning tool of the same embodiment can be obtained. . In particular, as shown in FIG. 6, by inserting the middle three fingers of the index finger, the middle finger, and the ring finger into the slit 24, and pressing both sides of the fingers from above with the thumb and little finger, The cleaning tool can be held in a more stable state, and the rolling operation can be performed more smoothly. Moreover, the presence of the stop holes 26 provided at both ends of the slit 24 relieves the stress concentration at this portion, and thus prevents breakage or the like from this portion.

(1) In each of the above embodiments, the separator 20 is releasably attached to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 to prevent the cover 12 from being directly attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19. However, instead of the separator 20, for example, the surface of the cover portion 12 facing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 is subjected to a release treatment with a release agent or the like, that is, the release layer is formed on the surface of the cover portion 12. Can also obtain the same effect.

(2) In the present invention, the shape of the cover part 12 does not have to be the same as the shape of the adhesive part 10, and the cover part 12 may cover the adhesive part 10 in a portable state as shown in FIGS. Any shape will do. Moreover, the longitudinal dimension of the cover portion 12 (the dimension in the left-right direction in FIG. 1) does not have to be exactly the same as that of the adhesive portion 10, and as shown in FIG. It suffices that the bending portion 14 is approximated to the extent that it can be folded back at 18.

(3) The material of the main body of the cleaning tool according to the present invention is not particularly limited as long as a flexible sheet member can be obtained. For example, it may be formed of a thin material such as various plastics. In this case, slits or the like may be provided in the boundary portions 16 and 18 so that the boundary portions 16 and 18 can be bent at approximately 360 °.

【0025】[0025]

[Effect of device]

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention has a simple and low-cost structure composed of a single sheet member having flexibility, and moreover, the cover portion is folded to the adhesive layer side with respect to the adhesive portion, The folded-back part is folded down on the cover part to be locked to the back surface of the adhesive part, and the release layer is interposed between the adhesive layer and the cover part so that the state is suitable for carrying. You can Further, from this state, the cover part is turned over and the bent part is attached to the adhesive layer, and a plurality of fingers are inserted between the adhesive part and the cover part to hold the cleaning tool by the fingers. A curved adhesive surface can be obtained, and by pressing the adhesive surface against the surface to be cleaned and repeating rolling, dust adhering to the surface to be cleaned can be easily and effectively removed. There is an effect that can be.

Further, according to the cover part having a pair of slits extending in the longitudinal direction of the cover part, by inserting a finger into the slits, an adhesive surface having a larger curvature can be obtained. Moreover, it becomes possible to hold the cleaning tool in a more stable state.
