なわない為の配慮を行うこともある。また、保護フィル
ムの代わりに保護の為の樹脂膜をオーバレイフィルム1
4上に印刷することも行われている。

護フィルム20が図1(a) に示したようにある程度伸長
した状態において、保護フィルム20側が少しく緩みを
持って基板15の対向面と対面するように予め寸法を設
定してくことが好ましい。この緩みの程度は、両者が屈
曲、湾曲したときに保護フィルム20が基板面に対して
強いストレスを与えない程度の余裕として有効な範囲内
に設定する。
