PURPOSE:To provide a connector with a noise eliminating device by which a noise signal is prevented from being transmitted to an external equipment via another connector connected to a contact. CONSTITUTION:A connector is provided with an insulating housing 2, in which plural contact insertion holes 5 are pierced from the front face to the back face, and plural contacts 3, in each of which a contact main body 3a is inserted and held in the contact insertion hole 5 and its lead part 3b is led out from the back face of the insulating housing 2. A ferrite member 10, in which plural through holes 11 matching with the contact insertion holes are arranged, is arranged on the front face side of the insulating housing 2. A resin film layer 12 is integrally formed on the front face of the ferrite member 10 and on the inside face of the through hole 11.

ている。フェライト部材10は、シールドケース4を絶
縁ハウジング2に被嵌する際、該シールドケース4によ
って絶縁ハウジング2の前面に保持固定される。したが
って、ソケットコンタクト3に拾われたノイズ信号は絶
縁ハウジング2の前面側においてフェライト部材10に
より除去される。
