In addition, even if no irritation was felt, the polyethylene powder used as the scrubbing agent in the comparative example was a hard powder having a high hardness, so that the comparative example did not provide a good feeling of use. On the other hand, in all the examples of the present invention, a good feeling of use was obtained. Also, with respect to the cleaning property, the examples of the present invention were generally evaluated better than the comparative examples.
