Description: [0001] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a filtration device for water or other liquids used in general households, restaurants, and the like. [0002] [Prior Art] In order to remove chlorine and other off-flavor substances in tap water, most of the times, a device containing activated carbon and other filtering agents is attached to a water tap of a kitchen to remove off-flavors. , The microorganisms have become able to survive in the activated carbon during long-term use, and it has become necessary to take measures to subject the activated carbon to antibacterial treatment. In addition, since it is used to filter directly from the faucet,
In order to increase the adsorption time on the activated carbon, it was necessary to finely squeeze the flow rate of water, and even if it took time, it was necessary to wait until the desired amount of water was obtained. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The structure is simpler than that of a conventional filtration device, easy to use, and low in cost, and
To obtain a filtration device that does not need to be contaminated by bacteria and does not have to wait for the filtration time. [Problems to be solved by the invention] To obtain a simple filtration device which uses a few grams of activated carbon and can be used without being attached to a water faucet in a field mainly for household use. [Means for Solving the Problem] As shown in [FIG. 4], a tubular body portion (5) is formed by projecting from the bottom of a container (1) in which water (8) is put, and the tubular body portion (5) is formed. ) Is provided with a small hole (4), and a filter (6) and activated carbon (7) are filled inside. The tubular body part (5) may be integrally molded with the container (1), or a protruding discharge port (2) as shown in FIG. 1 may be provided at the bottom of the container and fitted therein. [0006] [Operation] In the filtration device shown in [Fig. 4], when water (8) is put into the container (1), the water passes through the activated carbon (7) and becomes chlorine,
The off-flavor substance is adsorbed and drops through the small hole (4) through the filter (6). As shown in [FIG. 1], a cartridge (9) is constituted by a cylindrical body (3) for accommodating activated carbon (7) and a filter (6), and a cartridge (9) is projected at the bottom of the container (1). The same effect can be obtained by using it by fitting it into the outlet (2). If the tubular body portion (5) is inserted into the mouth of another empty bottle (12) or other container as shown in FIG. 5, the water in the container is filtered and collected in the lower container. [0007] [Effect of the invention] As shown in [Fig. 4], about 5 grams of activated carbon (7) was stored in the tubular body (5), and tap water was filtered to remove chlorine and other offensive odors. About 2 tons or more of fresh water can be obtained. Even if 50l of fresh water for tea, coffee, drinking, cooking rice, etc. is used for 1 month, it can be used for 1 month, and there is little contamination by bacteria during this period. In the case of FIG. 1, if the cartridge (9) is removed and stored in a refrigerator at about 6 ° C., bacterial growth can be ignored. The price of 5 grams of activated carbon (7) is extremely low, and even if a new product is replenished every 10 days, the burden will not be a problem. [0008] The method of attaching to a tap of a tap and using it requires a lot of time to switch between washing water and drinking water, and when the activated carbon is passed through for drinking, the amount of activated carbon is large so that the flow rate is not too small. Since it is used for several months, it is generally used for several months. Therefore, in order to prevent the growth of bacteria, antibacterial treatment with silver or other metal is provided. [0009] In the case of [Fig. 4] in the present invention, when activated carbon is directly added from the upper part of the container (1) and about 1 liter of water is added, it is filtered into the lower container in about 10 to 15 minutes. Move.
You can put water in the container (1) and leave it alone, so you can do other work with confidence. If the container (1) is reversed and washed, the activated carbon can be discharged and replaced and filled. In the case of the cartridge (9), it does not take time and effort, and it is also easy to put the once filtered water in the container (1) again and filter it twice. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, fresh water can be obtained at a low cost with a simple device, which is economical. Also, it is not necessary to worry about the waiting time during the filtration. [0010] [Example] [1] shows an example of the present invention. Container (1)
Is made of styrene and has a diameter and height of 120 mm and is graduated with about 1 liter. An outlet (2) having an outer diameter of about 12 mm, an inner diameter of 5 mm and a length of about 25 mm was formed on the bottom surface so that the tip was slightly thinner and protruded. The cartridge (9) is also made of styrene. A small hole (4) with an inner diameter of 12 mm, an outer diameter of 15 mm, a length of 120 mm, and a diameter of 3 mm is provided at the tip.
A filter (6) made of open-cell sponge was stored in contact with the above to prevent the granular activated carbon (7) from flowing out, and the granular activated carbon (7) was stored above it. The inner diameter of the beer bottle mouth is about 1
The diameter is 6 mm, and the cartridge (9) can be inserted. Since the bulk pressure of the granular activated carbon (7) is about 0.5 to 0.4, the amount of activated carbon stored is about 5 grams. [0011] The cartridge (9) is pressed against the discharge hole (2) and fixed, and as shown in [Fig. 5], the bottle (1
Insert the cartridge (9) into the mouth of 2). When about 1 liter of tap water is put into the container (1), the water gradually flows through the cartridge (9) into the lower bottle, but at the beginning the flow rate is such that water drops continuously drop, and at the end The flow rate decreases a little because the head decreases when approaching. However,
Even when the cartridge (9) is immersed in the filtered fresh water in the bottle (12), the water in the container (1) continues to flow down to about 15
The entire amount is filtered in about 20 minutes. It's a long time to wait for filtration, but I put 1 liter of water in the upper container (1) and left it for a while, so I finished it while doing other work, so the filtration operation is bottle ( It is only time to insert the filtration device (11) into 12) and inject 1 liter of water. The time for water to pass through the activated carbon and the filtering agent in the cartridge is 15
Since it is about 20 seconds, chlorine and offensive odor in tap water are sufficiently absorbed. [0012] Further, as shown in [FIG. 6], another empty bottle (1
By inserting the filtering device (11) into 3) and injecting the fresh water of the bottle (12) containing the filtered water into the filtering device (11), the filtration can be easily performed twice. [0013] The cartridge (9) may be inserted into the discharge port (2) at the bottom of the container (1) from above as shown in [Fig. 2], or may be ejected as shown in [Fig. 3]. The O-ring (10) may be fitted to the tip of the outlet (2) to fit the cartridge (9). In the embodiment shown in [0014] and [Fig. 4], the container (1) and the cartridge (9) are integrally molded, and the tip of the tubular body portion (5) corresponding to the cartridge (9) has a diameter of 3 mm. A small hole (4) is provided. A filter (6) is placed in contact with the small holes (4), and granular activated carbon (7) is filled on the upper side thereof. Filling the container (1) with activated carbon (7) is approximately 5
Grams of granular activated carbon (7) are charged and water is poured, the activated carbon is flown into and filled in the tubular portion, and there is no problem even if a little surplus remains at the bottom of the container (1). Container (1)
If the bottom part is formed in a conical shape with a low central part, the activated carbon can easily flow into the tubular body part (5). [0015] In both the integrated type filtration device shown in this [Fig. 4] and the cartridge type filtration device shown in Figs. It is not necessary to make it disposable, and it can be used repeatedly by replacing only activated carbon. At present, 1 liter of mineral water is on the market at the same price as milk, and this filtration device is practically capable of filtering several hundred liters or more of tap water even if only about 5 grams of activated carbon is used. There is no need to worry, and there is no need for antibacterial treatment of activated carbon. [0016] A feature of the present invention is that it is not a filtration device connected to a pipe of raw water, so if raw water is put into an independent tank, filtration is performed without realizing, and re-filtration is repeated. It is also possible to attach the cartridge to a large tank for business use and easily replace it.
Although the present invention has exemplified the case of filtering tap water, in the case of ponds, river water, and other liquids, a simple filtering device can be obtained by selecting a filtering agent. If you put raw water in this filtration device and leave it for a while, purified water can be stored in the container below and you do not have to watch it by your side.
Put a small amount of activated carbon in the elongated tubular part to lengthen the flow path,
Since you can get the necessary clear water little by little in a drip state, you can use a small amount of activated carbon and replace it, it is not necessary to continue using it for several months, so the activated carbon will be contaminated. There is no need to worry, that is, there is no need to coat activated carbon with heavy metals, and filtration can be performed using pure activated carbon. If the cartridge is removed and stored in a refrigerator at about 6 ° C, even if a small amount of bacteria is present, it hardly grows. The device is low in manufacturing cost, low maintenance cost, easy to clean, no trouble, no risk of contamination. [0017]
