Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of power generation by constituting a converter as a generating mechanism in such a way that a stator surrounds the whole periphery of a rotor magnet, with a rotor and the hole of the stator formed into concentric circles. CONSTITUTION:A stator 21 is disposed in such a way as to surround a rotor 20 including a permanent magnet 20a, and electromotive force is generated to a coil 22 by the rotation of the rotor 20. Since the stator 21 is of such constitution as to surround the whole periphery of the magnet 20a with two pole piece parts connected to each other by a thin part, magnetic flux leaks to the other pole piece part from the thin part, so that drag torque (the force going to stay at a certain place of the rotor 20) is lowered remarkably. An unbalance wheel can be thereby rotated up to the rear part by that part to enlarge the turning angle, thus securing a sufficient quantity of power generation. The unbalance wheel and the rotor 20 are connected to each other by an accelerating wheel train. As a result, even a slight increase in the turning angle of the unbalance wheel becomes equivalent to several rotations of the rotor 20 so as to heighten generating efficiency. That is, power enough to move a wrist watch can be accumulated even with the slight movement of the wrist watch.
