Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a molded body from generating flashes, by a method wherein at the time of continuous molding of a foam curable resin molded body, end parts of a longitudinal direction of four endless belts are made movable to each other to the inside of the other belt, a molding passage is formed slidably and a sealing member is provided in the longitudinal direction on a molding passage surface side of the end part of the one side. CONSTITUTION:A molding passage into which raw materials such as foam curable resin solution is filled is formed of four endless belts 2-5 by surrounding by those and end parts 2a-5a of a longitudinal direction of the belts 2-5 are arranged movably toward the insides of the belts 3, 4, 5, 2. Then at least three out of them are made movable and a sectional form of the molding passage is made controllable freely. An elastic members 6 are arranged on the end parts 2a-5a of the belts 2-5 each along the longitudinal direction. The elastic members 6 are pressed against the tops of the other belts 3, 4, 5, 2, filled into gaps between the belts and can prevent generation of flashes.

When the foamable curable resin liquid foams in the molding passage, a foaming pressure of 3 to 5 kg / cm 2 is applied to the inner surface of the molding passage. Therefore, if there is a large gap between the end of each endless belt that forms the molding passage and the upper surface of the other endless belt, burrs will flow out and adhere to the rollers that run the endless belt, making it difficult for the rollers to rotate. The resistance between the roller and the endless belt increases, and molding cannot be performed.

The gap between the belts is preferably kept within 0.3 mm, and within 0.3 mm,
It must be designed in consideration of the deformation of the support frame forming the forming passage, and in order to ensure the accuracy (camber, width accuracy) of the steel belt which is the endless belt, it is necessary to polish the end surface of the belt. It will be necessary to implement it and the equipment cost will be high.

Further, it is difficult to make the gap between the belts completely zero, and at least some burr is generated,
After molding, it is necessary to chamfer the corners of the molded product by post-processing.
The present invention has been developed in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a gap between endless belts of a molding passage surrounded by four endless belts. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for continuously producing a molded body capable of preventing the outflow of burrs from the molded body.

The elastic member 6 is a prism having a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. 4, and silicone rubber is preferable in consideration of releasability. Further, the X dimension shown in the drawing is formed to be about 0.5 to 2 mm. A molding passage 1 formed by the endless belts 2, 3, 4, 5 provided with the elastic member 6
When a raw material such as a foam-curing resin liquid is loaded in order to manufacture a molded body such as a sleeper, the elastic member 6 causes the elastic member 6 to move to another endless belt 3 due to the foaming pressure of the foam-curing resin liquid as shown in FIG. It is pressed against the upper surfaces of 4, 5, and 2 to seal the gap between the endless belts. As a result, burr can be prevented from flowing out of the molding passage 1 through the gap between the endless belts. Further, conventionally, the corner of the molded body is chamfered by 0.5 to 2 mm after molding, but this chamfering is not necessary by providing the triangular elastic member 6. Note that, as shown in FIG. 5, the cross-sectional shape of the elastic member 6 may be a shape in which the long side portion has an arc shape.

11 to 12 show still another embodiment according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the inner surface of each of the endless belts 2, 3, 4, 5 constituting the molding passage 1 is formed. The non-woven fabric 7 is attached, and the non-woven fabric 7 extends between the end portions 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a of the endless belts 2, 3, 4, 5 and the other endless belts 3, 4, 5, 2. It is set up. This non-woven fabric 7 has a basis weight of 20 g / m
2 to 100 g / m 2 of glass paper, polyester fiber, vinylon and the like are used. Further, the nonwoven fabric can be impregnated with urethane resin to form a skin layer of the molded body. As described above, even if the nonwoven fabric 7 is used instead of the elastic member, the gap between the endless belts 2, 3, 4, 5 can be sealed to prevent outflow of burrs.

As described above, in the continuous molded body manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, the inner surface of the molding passage formed by the four endless belts is movably disposed on the inner surface of another endless belt. Since a sealing member is provided at the one end of each endless belt, the sealing member seals the gap between the endless belts, and the foaming pressure in the molding passage also causes the formation of the molded body. It is possible to prevent burr from flowing out from the gap between the endless belts. Also, by disposing this sealing member, the gap between the endless belts can be sealed as described above, so the design criteria for the gap of the endless belt can be relaxed, and equipment design becomes easier, and equipment cost is reduced. Will be cheaper.
