で、かかる電着塗装装置で処理量を増大するためには、
複数の蓋物部材を並列して同時に電着槽に浸漬するよう
にすればよいが、上記従来のように電着槽の両側に電極
を配置していたのでは各蓋物部材の両面の一方は電極に
対向するのに対し、他方は電極に対向しないことにな
り、各蓋物部材の両面で塗装膜厚に差が生じてしまう。

間隔をあけた2個所には、蓋物部材1を着脱可能に支持
するための係止部15がそれぞれ設けられており、した
がってハンガ11は、前後2個所で一対ずつ左右に並ん

ル10と平行に架設されており、電着槽4の上方に来た
ハンガ11は該給電レール17に電気的に接続する。し
たがって電着槽4内ではハンガ11に支持された各蓋物
部材1は電源16のマイナス端子に接続されることにな

を噴出すべく複数の噴出孔が穿設される。しかも各洗浄
液配管21は、図示しない洗浄液供給源に共通に接続さ
れる。

ぞれ配置されるべく電着槽内に配設される複数の電極と
を備えるので、複数の蓋物部材を同時に処理して処理量
を増大することが可能となるだけでなく、その処理量増
大にもかかわらず塗装品質を向上することができる。
