When there is a reverse beam or a rising wall on the rooftop or balcony of a building, it is sufficient to install a drain port for each cell to eliminate the drain of each cell. It is a translation. However, doing so is uneconomical because of the large number of drain ports, and is troublesome in construction. For this reason, conventionally, it has been considered that a single drain port is sufficient by providing a drain communication hole in a rising wall or the like using a form or a sleeve and collecting the drain in one place.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventionally, in a drain communication hole provided using a formwork or a paper sleeve, the reinforcing wall of the rising wall is exposed on the wall surface of the hole where the formwork and the paper sleeve are removed, There is a problem that drain water permeates through this rebar and causes water leakage in unexpected places. Of course, the inner surface of such a drain communication hole is waterproofed. However, since the drain communication hole has a small opening width (caliber), it is difficult to waterproof it, and even if waterproofing is done, it tends to be incomplete, and its quality is poor, causing more or less water leakage. This is a problem to be solved.

By the way, in the method in which the sleeve is made of synthetic resin and the drain communication hole is formed by embedding it in the concrete of the rising wall, since the intimacy of the synthetic resin and the concrete is poor, there is no effect of preventing water leakage.

The corner drain described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-14840 is to be fixed by embedding it in the corner of the lower end of the rising wall when placing concrete such as the rising wall of a building. In order to connect, the main body provided with a strainer in the front position of the water collecting pipe, the joint pipe screwed to the water collecting pipe of the main body, the outer end side of the joint pipe is fitted and supported in the lower half part, It is made up of a ring-shaped fixing tool that is nailed and fixed, and has a complicated structure, is troublesome to use, and is too expensive.

Means for Solving the Problems As means for solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, a drain communication structure such as a rising wall according to the present invention is formed of a thin iron plate as shown in the drawings, and a joint portion 6 is formed. Telescopically and telescopically and closely fitted with two flanged tubes 1, 2
The collar portions 3 and 4 on both sides have a stationary plate 12 projecting forward from the lower end thereof. The distance between the flange portions 3 and 4 on both sides is made to match the wall thickness of the rising wall 5 and the like, and rubber packing is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the joint portion 6,
The communication pipe 7, which is waterproofed by asphalt coating on the inner peripheral surface, has the stationary plates 12 on both sides installed horizontally at the same level as the drain running water surface 8 or at a level slightly deeper than the above level, such as the rising wall 5. The collar portions 3 and 4 on both sides are closely attached to the inner surface of the mold 9 and fixed by nailing to be embedded in concrete to penetrate the drain communication hole in the wall thickness direction.

By expanding and contracting the flanged pipes 1 and 2, the interval between the flanges 3 and 4 can be made to match the wall thickness of the rising wall 5 (Figs. 2 and 3). Also, the nail holes 1 of the collars 3 and 4
By hitting the nail 11 on the form 9 through 0, the communicating pipe 7 is firmly fixed to the form 9 and can be installed at a position as far as possible from the reinforcing bar of the rising wall 5. The joint parts 6 of the two flanged pipes 1 and 2 are completely waterproofed by sticking rubber packing from the outer circumference to the entire circumference and applying asphalt to the inner circumference. It can be processed. The collar parts 3 and 4 are well fit and adhere to the concrete of the rising wall 5 to prevent the permeation of drain water. Further, since the asphalt is applied on the stationary plate 12 as well, the adhesion of the drain water surface 8 is perfected and the permeation of the drain water is prevented.

When this communication pipe 7 is used, the length is adjusted (slide adjustment) so that the distance between the collar portions 3 and 4 at both ends matches the wall thickness of the rising wall 5 as shown in FIGS. Then, a rubber packing is attached to the outer periphery of the joint portion 6, and asphalt is applied to the inner peripheral surface side of the joint portion 6 to perform a complete waterproofing treatment.

The communication pipe 7 pretreated in this way is used for the construction of the rising wall 5 (or reverse beam) shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. It is installed inside. That is, the communication pipe 7 is installed at the same level as the drain water flow surface 8 corresponding to the surface of the roof or the balcony of the building, and the formwork 9 is inserted through the nail holes 10 of the collars 3 and 4.
The position is firmly fixed by hitting the nail 11 on the. After that, the wall concrete is poured to be embedded in the concrete of the rising wall 5, and the hollow portion of the communication pipe 7 is formed as a drain communication hole penetrating in the wall thickness direction.

FIG. 2 shows an example in which the stationary plate 12 of the communication pipe 7 is installed at the same level as the drain running water surface 8. FIG. 3 shows that the stationary plate 12 is embedded a little deeper than the drain water flow surface 8, concrete is poured into the inside of the communication pipe 7, and the drain water flow surface 8 is formed into the inside of the communication pipe 7 with a drain water flow gradient. It shows an example in which the drainage water between the adjacent cells partitioned by the rising wall 5 is made uniform.

Furthermore, in the joint portion 6 of the two collared pipes 1 and 2,
Rubber packing can be applied from the outer circumference to the entire circumference for waterproofing, and asphalt can also be poured onto the inner surface for complete waterproofing. In addition, the flanges 3, 4 and stationary plate 12 can be made of concrete. Since it adheres well to prevent drain water from penetrating, there is no risk of water leakage.
