置を自動閉戸するものに改良する場合外枠と引戸とを取
り替えなければならなく、コストが高く付くと共に施工
に手間を要するという欠点があった。

ものであって、上述のように構成することにより従来例
の欠点を解決したものである。つまり引戸5の上框6に
自動閉戸ユニット本体4を組み込んで自動閉戸できるよ
うにしたことにより、引戸5を取り替えるだけで自動閉
戸できるようになって自動閉戸するようにするためのコ
ストが安価になると共に施工に手間を要しないようにな
ったものである。

縦框12と仕切り框13とにより骨組が形成され、ガラ
スのような面板14を張ってある。上框6には上部を開
口せる収納空間15を設けてあり、縦框12の上端には
切欠き16を設けてある。自動閉戸ユニット本体4は第
4図に示すように筐体3内にぜんまいばね装置1とダン
パー装置2とプーリ24とを内装して形勢されている。
ダンパー装置2はシリンダ17内にピストン18を内装
し、ピストン18に連結したピストンロッド7をシリン
ダ17の一端から突出させ、シリンダ17の他端に吸排
気口19を設けてある。ピストンロッド7及びぜんまい
ばね装置1のぜんまいテープ8は筐体3から突出させ
(ぜんまいテープ8はプーリ24を介して突出させてあ
る)てあり。ピストンロッド7の先端とぜんまいテープ
8の先端とを連結金具9に連結してあり、連結金具9に
第5図に示すように後述する縦枠10の被引っ掛けフッ
ク20に引っ掛かる引っ掛けフック21を設けてある。
引戸5の上框6の収納空間15には自動閉戸ユニット本
体4が入れられねじ具にて着脱自在に取り付けられる。
このときピストンロッド7やぜんまいテープ8は切り欠
き16に挿通される。また左右両方の縦框12に切り欠
き16があるので連結金具9が右側に向くようにも左側
を向くようにも自在に取り付けられる。外枠Aは第2
図、第3図に示すように左右の縦枠10と上部の横枠2
2と横枠22の下方の無目23とにより構成されてい
る。この外枠Aの縦枠10と無目23とで囲まれる開口
に一対の引戸5が開閉自在に装着される。本実施例の場
合手前の一方の引戸5に自動閉戸ユニット本体4を装着
してあるが、他方の引戸5に装着しても両方に装着して
もよい。連結金具9は引っ掛けフック21を被引っ掛け
フック20に引っ掛けて縦枠10に連結される。しかし
て引戸5を第3図のように開くとピストンロッド7及び
ぜんまいテープ8が出る。このきダンパー装置2では第
6図(b)の矢印に示すように吸排気口19から空気が入
り、ぜんまいばね装置1ではぜんまいテープ8が引き出
されることによりばね力が蓄積される。引戸5を開いた
状態から手を離すと、ぜんまいばね装置1に蓄積された
ばね力でぜんまいテープ8が第6図(a)矢印のように引
っ張られ、引戸5を閉じる。このときダンパー装置2で
は吸排気口19から空気が第6図(a)の矢印のように出
て行くが、一気に出ないのでエアクッションの作用をし
て衝撃的に閉じるのが防がれる。

るとき緩衝してゆっくり閉戸できるものである。
