蛍光燈など)は点灯するごとに寿命が短くなり、使えな
くなったときに交換するのも面倒であった。

ければ人が階段を利用するときだけ点灯させることがで
き更に省エネできる。この事によつて夜、暗闇の中を手
探りで照明のスイッチを捜す手間も省けた。
