記トランクリッドを樹脂材により成形することが行われ
ているが、樹脂製トランクリッドの場合にあっても、第
4,5図に示すようにトランクリッド1のアウタパネル
2の周縁部裏面にインナパネル3を接合して閉断面部4
を形成し、この閉断面部4によってリッド面剛性が確保
するようにしており、かつ、ヒンジアーム5の取付基部
5aをこのインナパネル3の底壁3a外面にボルト6固
定するようにしている。この樹脂製トランクリッドの場
合にあっては、前記インナパネル3の底壁3aにウエル
ドナット8を備えたレインフォース7を一体にモールド
成形して、ヒンジアーム5の取付剛性を確保するように
している。
