2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 1, a fishing shellfish collecting tool of this type is fixed to a steel horizontal bar 1 and is arranged in two rows with a plurality of elongated rod-shaped collections which are arranged at intervals of one row and are arranged back and forth. It has a claw 2.
The collecting tool comprises a pull bar frame 3 connected to two of the front row collecting claws 2 and to both ends of the horizontal bar 1 for dragging it on the seabed. A horizontal bar 4 for mounting a net for collection is provided above the collection claws in the rear row across the collection claws. Further, the rear row of claws is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 5 at the lower part thereof for mounting chains that go to the seabed, and in actual work, the sampling net is located above these chains.

Problems to be solved by the invention During the fishing shellfish collection work, the tip of the sampling claw is worn out severely within a few days because the sampling tool drags the seabed and digs it up. It is known. Therefore, conventionally, a point element made of a high-hardness wear-resistant material is welded to the worn tip portion to regenerate the picked nail. However, this rehabilitation measure requires a lot of time and cost for repair, and is economically disadvantageous. Further, since the point element is a material of high hardness, the problem of breakage of welding cracks is likely to occur, and alternative measures have been strongly demanded.

Means for Solving Problems The purpose of the present invention is to provide a receiving opening at the tip of the sampling claw that is open on both sides, the end face and the lower surface, and to provide a point element at the receiving end. This is achieved by providing a fishing shellfish collecting tool in which the bevel portion and the protruding portion of the point element are inserted into the spout, and the point element is fixed to the tip portion of the collecting claw by using a pin.

At the outlet of the point element on a separate sheet, the inside of the upper surface extends so as to be common with the upper inner surface of the receiving opening, and the lower inner surface is narrowed, and the protruding portion of the ridge of the point element fits into the outlet. As described above, the point elements are formed not on the center line but on the upper surface side.

Action When the fishing shellfish collecting tool according to the present invention is dragged on the seabed, the collecting claw digs up the seabed. At that time, the load applied to the collecting claw is received on the upper inner surface of the receiving port and the lower inner surface of the outlet, and the pin Will not be overloaded. When inserting the fitting portion of the point element into the receiving hole of the sampling claw, the lower surface of the point element is flush with the lower surface of the claw through the opening of the receiving port.

Also, if the outlet is narrower than the receiving port and the lower surface of the sampling claw is flush with the lower surface of the point element, the size of the sampling claw in the width direction can be made smaller and the weight becomes lighter than before, and the same function as before can be maintained. it can.

Example FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the tip of the collecting claw of a fishing shellfish collecting tool made in substantially the same form as that shown in FIG. The receiving port 10 formed at the tip of the sampling claw A has a shape in which the end surface and the lower surface are open. A receptacle 12 is formed at the back of the receptacle 10, and this receptacle is on the center line of the receptacle 10 and extends in a narrow width. The point element B has a knuckle portion 14 that fits into the receiving port 10, and a projecting portion 16 that is inserted into the spout 12 extends integrally from the knuckle portion 14, and the projecting portion 16 is the center of the knuckle portion 14. On the line. Therefore,
The point element can be attached to the sampling claw on either side. At this time, as shown in FIG.
When the cutting edges 18 of the above are vertically symmetrical, the cutting edges on either side can be used equally. The attachment of the point element to the tip of the sampling claw is performed by a lateral hole 20 formed in the tip and a lateral hole 22 formed in the fitting portion 14 of the point element B.
This is done by inserting the pin 24 into the.

FIG. 4 shows an exploded view of a fishing shellfish collecting tool showing another example. In this example, the spout 12 formed at the tip of the sampling claw A is positioned such that its upper inner surface 26 is common to that of the receiving port 10, and the knuckle 14 of the point element B is located.
The projecting portion 16 is positioned so as to be offset upward from the center line so as to complement the outlet 12. In this example, it goes without saying that the orientation of the point element is always fixed.

Effect of the invention The point element can be attached simply by inserting the pin of the point element into the socket of the tip of the sampling claw and fixing it with a pin, and when exchanging the point element due to wear, remove this pin to get the point. The element can be easily removed from the tip of the nail. Since the receiving opening is formed so as to be open to both the end surface and the lower surface of the tip portion of the sampling claw, the lower surface of the point element and the lower surface of the tip portion are flush with each other.
The top and bottom of the point element are only slightly narrower.
Therefore, the overall size and shape of the sampling tool is almost the same as the conventional one, the weight is reduced, and the same function can be maintained. Also, when the seabed is dug up, the load applied to the claws can be received by the upper inner surface of the receiving port and the lower inner surface of the receiving port, so it does not matter if the lower surface is open, and the pin is not loaded.

When the cutting edge of the point element is formed vertically symmetrical and the protrusion is formed on the center line, and when the outlet is located on the center line of the receiving port, the point element can be installed by reversing the life of the point element. Very convenient from a point of view.
