(Prior art and problems) Conventionally, in the case of automatically stopping the dropping of hot water or water into the bathtub at the set water level, the bath level is detected by the water level as shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 59-169937. This was done by installing a detector in the bathtub.

However, since the set water level was adjusted by changing the spring pressure with a screw, the adjustment range was limited. For example, the water level difference from the water level detector to the set water level is 200mm different between the Japanese and Western buses,
In order to satisfy this difference, there are problems such as the spring characteristics and the diaphragm having a large diameter, which makes it difficult to mount in the bathtub. Further, since the water level detector is attached to the bathtub, it is necessary to construct a cord for detection, and it is necessary to pay attention to water leakage and disconnection of the cord, and the construction is troublesome.

Furthermore, when the set water level adjustment range is wide so that it can be applied to various construction sites, when the user changes the set water level according to his or her preference, the adjustment range is extremely wide, There was a risk that the water level would be set to a low level or the bath would overflow.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and can cope with various construction sites while performing water level detection outside the bathroom,
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a bathtub water level setting device capable of preventing an inappropriate setting when the user changes the set water level.

(Means for Solving Problems) In order to achieve the above object, a bathtub water level setting device of the present invention includes a pressure measuring pipe that communicates with a bathtub and is led out of the bathroom, and a pressure sensor installed in the pressure measuring pipe. And a setting means for selectively outputting the set value of the minimum water level and the set value of the full water level, a comparison detection means for comparing the set output with the sensor output, and a display for displaying the detection state of the comparison detection means. Means, storage means for respectively storing the set value of the minimum water level and the set value of the full water level, and means for variably setting the set value of the automatic hot water supply stop water level between the set value of the minimum water level and the set value of the full water level Is provided.

(Operation) At the time of trial operation after completion of construction, first, hot water is supplied to the lowest water level suitable for bathing, and the set value of the lowest water level is stored. At this time,
Since the detection state of the comparison detection means for comparing the set output with the output of the pressure sensor can be known by the display means, it becomes easy to match the set output with the sensor output. Next, the hot water is supplied to the full water level, and the set value of the full water level is stored in the same manner. When the minimum water level and the full water level are stored in this way, the automatic hot water stop water level is limited between the minimum water level and the full water level, and the user can change the automatic hot water stop water level according to his or her preference. Even so, the water level does not fall between the minimum water level and the full water level.

In the embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration, the trial operation is performed and the automatic hot water supply stop water level is set when the construction is completed. First, hot water is supplied to the bathtub (4), and when the water level reaches the minimum water level (LMIN) that allows bathing, the hot water supply is temporarily stopped. Switch (31)
Set the switching contact of to the setting / storage circuit (35) side. The slide switch (29a) makes a voltage corresponding to the connected contacts stepwise, and the volume (29b) makes the voltage of one step width variable. Since both voltages are added by the adder (36), the output of the setting circuit (35) is as shown in FIG. If the set voltage is now lower than the output voltage of the pressure sensor (9), the second operational amplifier (40) will have a high value and the second transistor
(44) is shut off and LED (32) is off. Operate the slide switch (29a) and volume (29b) to increase the set voltage. When the output voltage of the pressure sensor (9) becomes close to the set voltage, the output of the second operational amplifier (40) becomes a low value, and when the shift voltage of the zener diode (43) is exceeded, the second transistor (44) becomes conductive. On the other hand, the first operational amplifier (39) goes from a low value to a high value, but the first transistor (42) is conducting until it exceeds the shift voltage of the zener diode (41). In this state, the transistor (48) always has the base current. The LED (32) lights up. When the set voltage is further increased, the first operational amplifier (39) has a high value, and the first transistor (42) is cut off. Then, the base current to the transistor (48) is intermittently supplied by the oscillator circuit (45), and the LED blinks. Therefore, while adjusting the set voltage while observing the display state of the LED (32), the slide switch (29
a), stop the volume (29b) and keep the state.
Next, hot water is supplied to the full water level (LMAX), the switching switch (31) is switched, and the same operation as above is performed to set the full water level. The set value set in this way is the slide switch (29
It is stored as resistance values of a) (30a) and volume (29b) (30b).

In this way, the minimum water level (LMIN) and the full water level (LMAX) are set and stored during the trial run, and the voltage divided by the bath water level change switch (27) is used as the pressure sensor by the comparator (49). The output value of (9) is compared, and when they match, the hot water supply is stopped by the signal from the comparator (49). Therefore, the hot water supply can be stopped at the desired water level in the range from the minimum water level (LMIN) to the full water level (LMAX) by the bathtub water level change switch (27).

Next, the operation of automatic hot water supply in actual use by the user will be described. Solenoid valve for automatic hot water supply when automatic hot water supply is commanded
(17) and the solenoid valve (22) are opened, the pump (7) is started, and the solenoid valve (8) is opened. The hot water supplied from the hot water supply circuit (B) reaches the bathtub (4) via the bypass pipe (10) and the return pipe (6), and the path from the pressure sensor (9) to the bathtub (4) (compression pipe).
Air purge. After a certain period of time, the solenoid valve (8) is closed and the hot water flows from the outward pipe (5) to the bathtub (4). At the same time, power is supplied to the comparator (49) to compare the output value of the pressure sensor (9) with the partial pressure value set by the bath water level change switch (27). In this way, the output value of the pressure sensor (9) is compared with the above partial pressure value while supplying hot water from the forward pipe (5) to the bathtub (4), and if both match, the hot water supply is stopped by the signal from the comparator (49). To do.

Here, although the return pipe (6) and the bypass pipe (10) are first air-purged, the water level in the bathtub (4) may be different depending on the positional relationship between the bathtub (4) and the device body (1) and the piping configuration. It is possible that the air has been replaced and air has entered by the time it reaches the water level (LBA) of the adapter (24), and the hot water supply stop signal is output from the comparator (49) even after hot water is reflowed and the air is purged. If it is out, the automatic hot water supply is terminated.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the following excellent effects. That is, since the water level of the bathtub is detected by the pressure sensor outside the bathroom, the construction is easy, and the water level can be obtained as an electric signal, so that the setting adjustment range is wide and it can be applied to various construction sites. Moreover, the setting operation can be performed very easily while looking at the display means.
