Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the easy use of the backbone traction device in daily life by providing the device with at least two pieces of fixing belts and an expansion and contraction part formed in connection between these fixing belts and connecting freely expandable and shrinkable cylindrical bag-shaped tubes to a bellows form as the expansion and contraction part. CONSTITUTION:This backbone traction device 1 is mounted via its cavity part on a patient. The armpit belt 7 is then securely fixed to the patient's armpit part and the waist belt 8 is securely fixed to the waist part. Compresses air is thereafter injected from respective air injection ports 4 of tubes 2 by a compressor 5. The operation is carried out while the tubes 2 are internally maintained under an adequate air pressure by a safety pressure control meter 6. Consequently, the respective tubes 2 expand and the bellows-like expansion and contraction part 3 elongates vertically. In addition, the pressure in the vertical direction is generated between the belts 7 and 8 to generate traction force. As a result, the shrinkage of the backbone and the muscles associated therewith is elongated and a pain is relieved.

However, the conventional spinal retractor method has a problem that it cannot be used easily because the apparatus is large in size. Also, with this device, the patient is lying down and restrained,
There is a problem that daily activities cannot be performed during traction treatment.
In addition, although the pain is relieved during the towing and the patient can be kept at rest, after the towing, the patient is forced to be in an unnatural and unstable state by wearing a robust corset and fixing the affected area. There is a problem that it also interferes with the physical movement. In view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, the present invention has a simple structure and can continuously exert a traction action even in daily life, and a spine capable of flexibly holding the body of a patient at rest. It is intended to provide a traction device.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of a spinal traction device according to the present invention, FIG.
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a state in which the spinal traction device according to the present invention is used. As shown in FIG. 1, the elastic portion 3 of the spinal traction device 1
Is formed by polymerizing and fixing a plurality of tubular bag-shaped tubes 2, and its appearance is bellows-like. The tube 2 is made of highly flexible rubber or the like, and an air injection port 4 is provided on the outer side surface thereof so that compressed air is injected by a compressor 5 and expanded. Here, a safety pressure adjusting meter 6 for adjusting the pressure of the air injected into the tubes 2 is provided at the air ejection port 5a of the compressor 5, and the air pressure in each tube 2 is appropriately adjusted when injecting the air into the tubes 2. It can be set to. Armpit belts 7 and waist belts 8 are provided along the periphery of the tube 2 at the upper end and the lower end of the bellows-shaped stretchable portion 3 so that the spinal traction device 1 can be fixed to the body.

Next, the method of use and the operation of this embodiment will be described. First, the spinal traction device 1 is inserted into the hollow portion and attached to the patient 9, and then the belt 7 is firmly fixed to the armpit of the patient 9, and the waist belt 8 is also firmly fixed to the waist portion. Then, compressed air is injected from each air inlet 4 of the tube 2 by the compressor 5.
At this time, work is performed while keeping the inside of the tube 2 at an appropriate air pressure by the safety pressure adjusting meter 6, whereby each tube 2 expands and the bellows-like elastic part 3 extends vertically and at the same time the armpit belt 7 and the waist belt 8 are formed. A vertical pressure is generated between them to generate a traction force. As a result, the contraction of the spine and the muscles involved in it can be extended, and the pain caused by the compression between the spines can be softened. In addition, by removing the air from the spinal traction device 1 after use and folding the bellows-shaped stretchable portion 3, it can be carried easily. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the expansion and contraction portion is expanded by injecting compressed air into the tube to expand it, but the invention is not limited to this, and a fluid or the like having a heat retaining effect may be injected. Further effects such as a warm compress effect can be expected as compared with the case of injecting.

As described above, according to the present invention, the spinal traction device is composed of at least two fixing belts and an expanding / contracting portion provided between the fixing belts, and the expanding / contracting portion expands and contracts. Since it was constructed by connecting freely tube-shaped tubes in a bellows shape, patients using this can wear it and perform spinal traction during daily life, for example, at bedtime or while driving a car. It has the excellent effect of being able to. Further, since the tubular bag-shaped tube has flexibility, it has an excellent effect that the patient's body can be flexibly held at rest.
