When a plurality of types of bodies are transported on the same body transport line, in order to inject the liquid oil into the power steering oil tank, the nozzle of the drip gun, which is an oil injection gun, is conventionally used manually. The oil was injected into the oil tank by inserting it into the oil inlet of the power steering oil tank.

There was a problem such as doing. Also, in order to use a jig tool that seals the oil inlet, it is necessary to replace and use a dedicated tool for each inner surface shape of the oil inlet, and it is possible to use multiple types of bodies that have oil inlets with different inner surface shapes. When it is carried on the same body carrying line, it cannot be practically adopted because it has extremely poor workability, and it is also difficult to automate the oil injection work.

The case of an oil tank 450 having an oil inlet 451 having substantially the same diameter as the inner diameter of the inlet 441 is first described.
This will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 10 (a) is a view in which the liquid injection jig tool with the packing removed from the second seal member is attached to the oil injection port of the resin power steering oil tank of FIG. 6, and FIG. 10 (b) shows The figure which attached the liquid injection jig tool which concerns on this invention is shown, The jig seal member 4 and jig seal member 5 which are attached to the tubular tool main body 2 of a liquid injection jig tool are inserted in the oil injection port 451. At that time, the packing 9 attached to the jig seal member 4 and the elastic convex seal portion 5a provided on the side surface of the jig seal 5
Adheres to the inner surface of the oil injection port 451 so that the liquid injection jig tool 1 and the oil injection port 451 are sealed.
In the above case, the elastic convex seal portion 5a of the jig seal member 5 is formed by tightening the groove portion 5b with packings 6 and 7 having a circular cross-section and contacting the packing portions 6 and 7 with the groove portion 5b. As shown in FIG. 10 (a), the first bending (B) in the insertion direction due to the contact with the inner surface of 451
0 as shown in FIG. 0 (b), which prevents air and liquid from leaking. In the above, FIG. 10 (a),
Of course, the present invention can be applied to a metallic oil tank having an inner surface shape similar to that of the oil inlet 451 of the resin power steering oil tank shown in (b).

Further, the outer diameter of the upper portion of the jig seal member 4 is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the oil inlets 441 and 451 and can be fitted into the oil inlets 441 and 451. The jig seal member 4 is made of resin in order to prevent damage to the oil injection port 451. Further, the inner diameter of the oil injection port insertion portion 3a of the oil injection port insertion member 3 is equal to the oil injection port 4
The size is slightly larger than the outer diameters of 41 and 451 and does not interfere with the outer side surfaces of the oil injection ports 441 and 451 when the liquid injection jig tool 1 is inserted into the oil injection ports 441 and 451.

The inside is evacuated. The solenoid valve 202 is automatically closed when the power steering mechanism 420 is in a vacuum state, and at the same time, the solenoid valve 201, which is in the state where the oil supply pipeline 313 is closed, is automatically opened, and the oil supply pump 314 is constantly provided. The power steering oil 312 being fed from the oil storage unit 311 is press-fitted into the power steering mechanism 420 which is already in a vacuum state by the operation of the above, and a designated amount of the power steering oil 312 is stored in the power steering mechanism 420. The solenoid valve 201 is automatically opened at the time of supply.

By press-fitting, the power steering mechanism provided with the oil tank having the metallic oil inlet with the convex portion on the inner peripheral wall on the same body transport line is provided with the convex portion on the body and the inner peripheral wall. Power steering mechanism equipped with an oil tank that does not have a resin-based oil injection port is maintained.Even when a body is mixed and flowing, the power steering mechanism is semi-automatically changed without changing tools. Oil injection work can be performed. Also, by mounting the liquid injection jig tool of the present invention on a multi-axis robot or the like, it is possible to completely automate the oil injection work to the power steering.

可能である。(Effects of the Invention) As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to mount the liquid injection port of different kinds having different materials and inner surface shapes and substantially the same inner diameter without replacement, and to Since the inlet is sealed by the seal member when mounted, it is possible to prevent the liquid from leaking out of the liquid inlet, and therefore, the injection work does not require skill and has extremely high workability. Further, for example, even when a plurality of types of bodies having oil injection ports having different inner surface shapes are mixedly conveyed on the same conveyance line, the oil injection work can be completely automated.
