【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 【請求項1】 内視鏡の処置具挿通用チャンネルの挿入
口部に対して着脱可能に取り付けられる内視鏡用閉塞栓
において、 前記挿入口部に対して着脱可能で前記挿入口部に連通す
る内孔を有した本体部材と、この本体部材に着脱可能で
あり、前記内孔に差し込まれ、かつ処置具を挿通するた
めの挿通孔を形成した筒状部を有した弾性材料からなる
キャップ部材とを具備し、前記本体部材の内孔に差し込
まれる前記筒状部の挿入側先端部分の外周を先細りのテ
−パ部とし、前記本体部材の内孔には、前記キャップ部
のテ−パ部と嵌合する環状の突部を設け、前記キャップ
部材と本体部材の一方に設けたフランジ部と他方に軸方
向に並列されるとともに前記フランジ部と選択的に嵌合
する第1、2の環状溝を設け、前記フランジ部を第1の
環状溝と第2の環状溝のいずれかに選択的に嵌合するこ
とにより、前記キャップ部材の筒状部におけるテ−パ部
が、前記環状の突部内に差し込まれて締め付けられ前記
挿通孔の内径を縮小する状態と、前記筒状部が突部から
退避する自由な状態とを選択するようにしたことを特徴
とする内視鏡用閉塞栓。
1. A closure plug for an endoscope which is detachably attached to an insertion opening of a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope, wherein the closure is removable from the insertion opening and communicates with the insertion opening. A cap made of an elastic material having a main body member having an inner hole and a tubular portion which is detachable from the main body member and which is inserted into the inner hole and has an insertion hole for inserting a treatment instrument. And a taper portion on the outer circumference of the insertion-side tip portion of the tubular portion to be inserted into the inner hole of the main body member, and the taper portion of the cap portion is provided in the inner hole of the main body member. An annular protrusion that fits with the pad portion is provided, and a flange portion provided on one of the cap member and the main body member is axially juxtaposed to the other, and the first and second members are selectively fitted with the flange portion. The annular groove of the first flange By selectively fitting into any of the second annular grooves, the taper portion of the tubular portion of the cap member is inserted into the annular protrusion and tightened to reduce the inner diameter of the insertion hole. The obstruction plug for an endoscope, wherein a state in which the tubular portion is opened and a state in which the tubular portion is retracted from the protrusion are selected.
