However, in the cushioning material for packing using styrofoam, plastic resin, etc., it is necessary to adapt styrofoam, plastic resin, etc. to the shape of the article, so that various kinds of molds can be used. It was necessary, and required manpower and time to set up the mold and manage the mold, and also spent a large amount of money on the mold. Further, in molding styrofoam, plastic resin, etc., the workability is poor because the raw materials are poured and solidified, resulting in a high unit price of the product. Further, styrofoam, plastic resin, and the like have to be treated separately because they are flame-retardant, and extra time has to be spent. Furthermore, when using pulp mold such as waste paper,
For the cap-shaped part outside the standard product of the pulp mold,
There was a problem of poor workability. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus that can easily obtain a predetermined shape with a simple mold and have excellent workability.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 will be described. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part showing a state before crushing using the present device, in which the lower surface side of the cap-shaped part 7 of the pulp mold B is shown. It is supported by the lower mold 2. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of essential parts showing a state in which the upper mold 1 is moved downward from the state of FIG. 1 and a top portion 71 of a part of the cap-shaped portion 7 of the pulp mold B is crushed. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which an article C is stored between a pair of cushioning materials A for packing obtained by the manufacturing method and the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a combination of the states shown in FIG. It is a principal part sectional view at the time of standing. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of another embodiment when the article C is placed on the packing cushioning material A and then stored in the box body D. This apparatus first supports the lower surface side of the cap-shaped portion 7 of the pulp mold B on the lower mold 2 made of medium-pressure polyethylene or the like, and then presses the top surface side of the cap-shaped portion 7 of the pulp mold B. The upper die 1 is moved downward from above. A veneer plate or the like is suitable for press-fitting the blades 3 and 4 into the upper mold 1. The upper mold 1 has a blade 3 for cutting the pulp mold B into a predetermined shape, and a blade 4 slightly shorter than the blade 3 for cutting the top 71 of the cap-shaped portion 7 to the vicinity of the inner bottom surface 10 of the crushing portion. The crushing protrusion 5 that is provided and that crushes a part of the top surface side of the cap-shaped portion 7 of the pulp mold B to form a recess 9 for storing the article C and the like, and the recess 9 for storing An elastic pressing portion 6 formed of rubber or the like is provided for elastically contacting the top portion 71 of the surrounding cap-shaped portion 7. The crushing protrusion 5 is preferably made of wood or the like so that it can immediately cope with various shapes of the article C. Storage recess 9 for cushioning material A for packing formed as described above
The article C is stored in. When storing a high-height article or the like, if a cut piece having the same shape as the packing cushioning material A is fitted into the cap-shaped portion 7 around the storage recess 9 of the packing cushioning material A, Recessed portion 9 for storing a tall article C
Is easily obtained. As described above, if the article C is stored in the storage recess 9 of the formed article C and then fixed with a string or tape (not shown), it becomes stronger.
Alternatively, after the article C is stored, it may be inserted into an exterior body such as the box D.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following practically excellent effects. (1) The upper mold is provided with a blade that cuts into a predetermined shape, a blade that cuts the top of the cap-shaped portion up to near the inner bottom surface of the crushing portion, and a crushing protrusion that forms a recess for storage. Therefore, it is possible to easily form a recess for storage even in a non-standard cap-shaped portion of the pulp mold,
It is very convenient because it can be automatically cut, and the storage recess and the predetermined shape can be obtained at the same time in one step. (2) Since the top part of the cap-shaped part of the pulp mold made of waste paper is crushed and formed, the recess for storing a wide variety of articles can be easily formed. Moreover, since the material is waste paper, it is lightweight, has a good cushioning effect, and is inexpensive. (3) Since the upper mold that presses the top surface side of the cap-shaped part of the pulp mold has the elastic pressing part, the mold separation is good, the work efficiency can be improved, and the product is damaged. Nor.
